What a pleasure to find a reliable and professional roofing contractor! Having used Knightsbridge Roofing on a prior occasion, I contacted them last week for a leaking roof problem. Keith responded immediately and had one of his team round to survey the problem the next day. A quote followed immediately, which was eventually accepted. A service call took place, and Chris discovered the source of the problem and attended to it. The work required exceeded what was anticipated in the quote, but Keith stuck to his original quote this notwithstanding. Knightsbridge Roofing is a pleasure to deal with, and I would not hesitate to recommend them. So nice to discover old-fashion courtesy and professionally reliable service at a fair price.

We needed a gutter repair that required scaffolding. We received a quotation which was then checked and clarified with the scaffolding company. The scaffolding was erected and the job completed within week to our satisfaction. The scaffolders were careful not to damage the front garden and, as the repair was simpler than predicted, a deduction was made to that portion of the bill.

We had Knightsbridge Roofing Limited come to our house to install some lead flashing around our chimney stack to fix a leak. They were professional and polite and I'm very pleased with the job they did. There was a error with the quote which meant that the price was 100 pounds cheaper than the work should have been, but the company honoured the lower, quoted value. The house is a Victorian terraced house, the back part of the house was tiled some decades ago and had started to leak water into a back bedroom. I called Keith who is the director, we arranged to meet at the house where he told me what needed fixing. I found that he spoke in an easily understandable way. He provided me with a comprehensive quote, which I accepted. He arranged everything and kept in touch even when the scaffolding had to be delayed due to wet weather. His roofers turned up as arranged and provided me with numerous pictures which showed the progress of the work. To summarise I would use Kensington Roofing again and I would recommend them to anyone who asked.

Not the cheapest but a very thorough job. Identified the problem and gave some good advice on the general state of the roof as well as the particular issue he was called to address. I am confident they did a good job and that it will last. I am sure I will use this company again. It was great to find someone who came out quickly, and managed to get the job done promptly and was very responsive to calls and emails. No chasing up required!

Knightsbridge Roofing were engaged to do various roof repairs. Photos of the work required were taken. We then received a comprehensive quote, broken down into the various sections of work required. We were kept informed as the work progressed. Additional work was undertaken at our request, but at no extra cost. Photos of the completed works were then supplied. Knightsbridge Roofing repaired missing and broken tiles, and replaced zinc and concrete flashing with lead flashing on my roof, which is over 100 years old. They also replaced old cast iron guttering and downpipes. Throughout, Keith was friendly and professional. He clearly takes pride in doing good quality work. We discovered big roof leak in our loft. It looked bad. It was due to an old box gutter which needed replacing. Keith came within a matter of days to discuss what needed doing. He is extremely knowledgeable about his trade and made sound recommendations about the repair. It was a fair price he quoted us for the gutter to be replaced so we went ahead with the work. There was no wait. Keith and his team came and replaced the roof box gutter very swiftly. They also treated the other box gutter to ensure it lasts longer. They did a great job and we are very happy with the service we received. You can see their attention to every detail in what they do, fixing extra little problems they see along the way. My whole experience with Keith was a positive one from start to finish. If like me you value reliable, conscientious workmen with integrity then look no further. It emerged during the roof repair that the previous works on my roof (specifically the lead flashing) was done to a poor standard this resulted in requiring scaffolding for the front and back of the property. This was an unforeseen issue and because Keith only quoted to include scaffolding to the front of the property he still honoured the quote so as to not extend the cost to me or the other 2 freeholders in my building. We had a leaking roof and called Knightsbridge Roofing, as busy as they were they found the time to come out to us, they were able to come and survey the roof and provide a quote, which was very good, along with pictures of the repair required within a couple of days and also providing various options for the repairs. They also arranged for the scaffolding to be erected. What was also great is that they were able to do the job a day earlier than expected, the 2 guys that did the repairs were polite and confirmed what work they were carrying out, it was completed within 3 hours with minimum disruption. After the job was completed we were sent pictures of the repairs and it looks fantastic. We highly recommend Knightsbridge Roofing, great expertise, great response time and to also get the job completed within a week was brilliant.

This was a complete retile of a relatively complex roof, including a curve over a semi-circular window plus refurbishment of party wall ridge and chimney and demolition of two side chimney stacks. Done at the same time as my neighbour's roof. The quotation was for the tiling and was the middle price of three, but very informative and detailed, showing how they proposed to deal with the several special features and offered some optional enhancements which I took up. They warned that the state of the chimney stacks could not be assessed until scaffolding was up. When it was, it became clear they were worse than appeared from the ground. They quoted to refurbish, reduce the height or remove and I opted for remove. I was glad I had been forewarned, and now there's no risk of them causing damage to the new tiles. The work was done to a high standard, very neat, with close attention to detail. I'm a competent DIYer myself and took occasional sneak peeks and never found anything out of place or untidy. They were friendly, pleasant to have around and very happy to explain what they were doing. They finished a bit earlier than scheduled. They left the scaffolding up so we could paint our house walls and it's due to come down imminently. There are two minor items to be done when the scaffolding has gone and I have no doubt at all they will be round to do it. I have no hesitation at all in awarding this trader top marks.

Knightsbridge Roofing have recently rectified a roof (a loft conversion recently done) that was very poorly done by cowboy builders! The care, courtesy and honesty shown by all your team (esp Keith and Graham) are beyond words. The works were completed to a high standard and with in a good time frame. Each step was explained before the works were carried out and before and after pictures were shown and provided throughout the process of the works being carried out. For once I was not worried about the works being done, due to the professionalism shown from the beginning to end - all communication was followed through be it telephone,text or email with quick responses. Brilliant job done by Keith and his team. Quite a lot of repairs where needed on my roof. Lead flashing was installed with new render on walls above, one chimney was re pointed and the second was reduced in height and rendered. Parapet ridge tiles, the first line of felt and the valley was replaced, they also replaced some rotten soffit and fascia board for free. The quote was detailed and broken down in sections with costs for each repair. The work was carried out in a professional way by an excellent friendly reliable team they where really knowledgeable and explained in detail the work that was being undertaken each day. Photos where sent each evening to show the progress which I thought was fantastic. Knightsbridge provide an Insurance backed guarantee for the work. The finish is really neat and tidy, i'm really pleased with the work. I would highly recommend.

Keith and his fantastic team of extremely well trained roofers have just finished our new roof to a standard and finish that surpassed our expectations. Keith has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to roofing, and this came across on his first visit to our house. The roof itself has many different roofing finishes and techniques some we had been informed very rare to find. But Keith know all the different aspects of that would be involved in completing the job to the highest standards. We had a number of quotes from different roofing companies, and Knightsbridge wasn't the cheapest, but I can honestly say you get what you pay for. We had a full roof renewed on a 1950s bungalow - pitched roof to the front and a large flat roof to the back. Workmen were respectful, turned up on time and took all rubbish at the end of job leaving all areas tidy. We are very happy with the roof. The supplier also offered an insurance back guarantee for the work carried out which was important to us having had dealings in the past with suppliers that had let us down. The supplier keep to the agreed quote and kept us informed with scheduling throughout the project. Would definitely recommend.
