I contacted Keith as I had been told that there was damage to my elderly Aunts roof. He came out straight away and then had his team fix the problem within a few hours. I have used Knightsbridge twice now and both times I have been very satisfied. Most recently I was under time pressure to arrange work on my house main roof before scaffolding was removed and Keith went out of his way to assess what needed to be done and to do the work at short notice. The guys who did the work were conscientious, considerate and tidy and carried out work on a flat roof at the back at the same time in a highly efficient manner. I have no hesitation in recommending Knightsbridge.

The guys were very polite, came on time and did the job as planned. They reduced the price a bit when the work turned out to be less than expected. Will use again.

I've had three contacts; on the first Keith actually told me I shouldn't pay him to do the necessary work, but get the previous roofer back; the second was a full report on a roof; and the third was to do all the work needed on that. It's always encouraging when people say you shouldn't be paying them! And I've been very happy with the work done and the extent to which the team would offer advice about another issue for me as well. They were reliable and helpful.

I recently used Knightsbridge Roofing for a leak coming in from my flat roof. Keith answered the phone promptly and was able to proficiently deal with the problem, They were polite, knowledgeable and explained exactly what the problem was. The cost was very competitive. Great advie given by keith who took his own time to come out and explain the options I have. Did not push for work being carried out and suggested use of acrylic paint. Keith Tanner of Knightsbridge Roofing liaised with us at every step of the work, providing photos of flat roof condition and progress of the work. The work was for our Father, an elderly gentleman, so Keith consulted us about every aspect of the price and work. The company was reliable, punctual and courteous, the work performed was of the highest quality. We intend using Knightsbridge Roofing for our own flat roof in the near future. Would highly recommend them.

Keith the owner, visited, then emailed us an itemised quote as requested. He also provided us with some valuable advice regarding damp problems caused by condensation and not roofing issues. He suggested small room dehumidifiers which seems to be doing the trick. He was keen to limit our costs, and compared with other quotes came in favourably. A few days after requesting he do some of the items on the quote, he sent John and Dan. They were courteous and friendly, working quickly and professionally to sort out four jobs on the main roof; leaks around a waste pipe, guttering work, some damaged fascia and replacing a ridge tile. They noticed a broken tile while up on the roof and patched it up temporarily with lead flashing as the extra wide tile was no longer in production. Keith later phoned to say he would try to find the required tile at a reclamation yard, John and Dan popped round a couple of weeks later to fit the tile. They also left a spare just in case. Keith said they would originally cost 50 pence each but had to pay £20 for the pair, but did not charge us for the tiles or extra work. Job done quickly, efficiently and professionally. Much appreciated, thanks everyone at Knightsbridge Roofing Ltd. Would I use them again, yes, would I recommend them, certainly.

Keith from Knightsbridge Roofing came to inspect a suspected leak in the roof of my house (February 25th, 2017); he was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and gave expert advice. I would very highly recommend him!

We are very impressed with Knightsbridge Roofing. Their professionalism, integrity and quality of work, delivered by a great team of skilled and considerate roofers, filled us with confidence, particularly as we had been let down by another company before we used Which? Trusted Traders. Their assessment of the work required was reassuring and inspired confidence, the quotation was prompt, the scaffolding contractor was reliable, Knightsbridge kept us fully informed as work progressed and when they finished they cleaned up thoroughly. Afterwards we were provided with before and after pictures for the record and the insurance backed guarantee arrived very soon after the job was finished. We recommend them unreservedly. The quotation wasn't the cheapest but we are happy that the work was well worth the cost and are delighted with what has been done.

This is the second time I have used Knightsbridge roofing (see review of 25.1.2015 for first). I am pleased to report that the service level and attention to detail remains high. On this occasion, Keith and his men had to access my roof via a neighbour's garden which involved tricky diplomacy on their part. The work was completed on time and on budget. I continue to recommend Knightsbridge Roofing (and have done so to another neighbour with an equally faulty roof).

We originally asked Keith to quote for sorting out our very badly converted loft (done in the 80s). Keith came around to look at the job and gave a very honest appraisal of what was required to achieve what we wanted. He identified that the cause of many of the minor drips in the room were due to old non-breathable felt and lack of ventilation. He outlined several alternative options and very quickly provided a comprehensive itemised quote for the agreed works (remove all existing plasterboard, re-insulate, install new plasterboard, plaster and decorate, install several vent tiles and replace the outer cheek of the dormer to solve a leak). Keith was happy to visit again one evening prior to agreeing the job in order to discuss details. He also brought Scott with him, who was the guy Keith uses for any internal works, and it was to be Scott doing much of the work. We were both very impressed with their honesty and approachability. Once agreed, the work started on schedule and Scott was very considerate around the house (we have 2 young children). We discovered quite quickly that the dormer roof was in a terrible state, and Keith again provided several options at various prices. We opted to replace the roof and the whole thing was done in a day. The roof team were very quick and thorough, and we got several minor unexpected issues taken care of at no extra cost. Delighted with the end result. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I had a roof tile blow off in the strong winds, after contacting Knightsbridge Roofing for a quote, Keith came round to assess the damage and give me a formal quote. The quote was very competitive and fair. Keith informed me the works could be carried out within the following few days, the workman who came round and carried out the work was extremely friendly and helpful. I am an elderly gentleman and was a little apprehensive of the whole procedure, Knightsbridge roofing could not have done more to put me at ease. I would highly recommend this company, for price and service they are outstanding! I will certainly be using them for any future works i need doing.
