Kudos Stairlifts

It has been a pleasure to deal with Kudos. I had to have a stairlift installed for my very narrow, steep stairs, which also have a bend, and after some research, I decided that Kudos was the best company to advise. I was impressed with the initial contact with the Client Focus staff - James, and later in the process, Laura, as they were very helpful, professional, and efficient, and if they promised to ring back, they always did. Excellent communication all the way through. I am now the delighted owner of a Flow X stairlift, a little earlier than expected, which I was overjoyed about. It's frankly a lifesaver for me, so comfortable, a smooth ride, and easy to use. Ash, who carried out the installation as well as the digital survey, worked almost solidly on his own to complete the installation in about five hours, leaving the house perfectly tidy. He was respectful, obviously knowledgeable about the product, and made sure that I was able and confident in using it before he left. As someone who is quite ill, it was an absolute relief to have a stress-free experience while making such a significant purchase. I now have full use of the house and a little independence again, and I thank everyone involved in the production of the stairlift for that. I am very glad to recommend Kudos.

Kudos came and measured up for a stairlift. It was slightly complicated as there is a landing towards the top of the stairs which leads to the shower room. They designed the mechanism and created a 3D visualisation. After we decided to go ahead, an electrician fitted a power supply and a few days later two engineers arrived to fit the lift. It took about 4 hours which was followed by instruction and demonstration. We have only had it 16 days but so far everything has been satisfactory.

Kudos installed a 3-floor Flow X stairlift for us last week. They discussed our needs, gave us detailed advice, carried out a highly complex survey and then provided us with a quotation with full supporting documentation. We were very pleased that the same excellent team came to install the lift 4 weeks later and it went without a hitch. Troy, the senior engineer, took great trouble to explain how it worked and answered all our questions. Throughout this whole operation both the installation team and the office personnel at Kudos impressed us with their knowledge and professionalism and also their patience and courtesy. We highly recommend them.

Kudos sold and installed an Otolift stairlift, to the agreed timetable and budget. We chose it from the selection in their showroom so we knew exactly what we were buying. From start to finish everyone was very professional, clear, helpful and patient. The installation cause little disruption and was trouble free. After installation there was a small problem that they resolved very quickly and thereafter the chairlift has run smoothly and been an asset. We thoroughly recommend Kudos for chairlifts.

Kudos installed a Flow stairlift on a curved staircase and completed the work neatly and to a high standard. They demonstrated the lift well so that I was clear on exactly how to use it.

I was in hospital with a lot of broken bones after an accident. I knew I would need a stair lift for home before I could even think about coming home and Konos were willing to deal with my grand-daughter. As my stairs were an odd size my stairlift had to be made to measure, which was done in good time. Everyone was kind and efficient with my grand-daughter, I was home for the installation and the installer was quick and efficient and very pleasant. The stairlift is perfect.

Kudos fitted a stairlift in my parents' house in London in September 2021, and it's still going strong. From measuring and fitting to servicing, they have been an excellent company to deal with, as well as competitively priced. We chose them out of 3 companies that gave quotes, as the quality of their stairlifts and aftercare seemed far better than that of their competitors. Would 100% recommend.

From initial review and detailed survey to the building of the chair lift, three visits in all, those who carried out these tasks were helpful and clear in explaining what they were doing. Having completed the build, all explanations of how to use the facility were clear and helpful. Once the construction was complete the stairway and halls were left clean and tidy. All members of the team my son and I met were helpful, clearly with a good knowledge of the product they were selling and anxious we were comfortable in all they needed to know and do to use the new facility in order to gain the best service from it.

I would recommend Kudos to anyone who asks as they did a really good job, not only were the office staff helpful and obliging, the fitters were also very helpful and did a good job without fuss or bother and cleaned up afterwards
