Within tree care this is our biggest priority for our workforce, customers and members of the public. To this end we ensure work is carried out by fully qualified and experienced arborists. We make sure no job is rushed and all risks are assessed and control measures put in place.

In all aspects of our work we strive for the highest possible standard. We will never sacrifice the finished product for neither time nor financial gain and hope to always leave the customer satisfied with the work carried out.

From initial contact right through to completion we like to keep the customer informed every step of the way. We make sure we answer any and all queries. We encourage our customers to ask any questions and raise any concerns no matter how trivial they believe it to be.

I contacted Harley at KW tree care a few months ago, as I required some branches of a listed tree to be trimmed. KW did everything for me, in requesting permission from local council for work to be carried out. This meant I had no stress to fill out complicated forms. Once permission was granted, the team arrived to proceed with trimming. The team were highly professional, took every branch away, tidied garden immaculately. I was overwhelmed how amazing they were, and highly recommend this company!

Harley and his colleague KW Edge, attended this morning and managed to remove 3 massive tree stumps from my garden. They were courteous, professional and went beyond what was expected of them to ensure that the job was done to perfection. KW Tree Care felled an enormous ash tree from my garden in a quarter of the time estimated by other providers and at half the cost. Worked efficiently, professionally, and courteously. Left the garden neat and cleared every last twig away. Brilliant!

Harley and his team did exceptional work. They turned up exactly when they said and did a fantastic job of felling a large tree (that sadly had to go) and then grinding the stump. They were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and cleared away all the mess. It's as if they've never been -- only the tree has gone! I particularly like that they replace every tree they remove with two new trees elsewhere. KW Treecare are highly recommended!

KW Tree Care did thinning and crown reduction on two large fruit trees in our garden. Throughout the whole process, from quotation to completing the work and invoicing, they were punctual, friendly, helpful and completely professional. The work was carried out quickly and to a high standard, and no debris was left behind. Although they were not the cheapest quote we had for the job, we chose them because of their obvious expertise and high level of professionalism.
