Andy has done a great repair on a difficult roof problem. He was polite, efficient and turned up when he said he would. All communication was very good.

Andrew replaced all of our fascia's, soffits and guttering and also re-clad the underside of our carport. Andy does the work himself and does not subcontract the work to a team. This was important to us as it guaranteed the standards that we required. Andy carried out the work on time, within budget, and to a very very high standard. I am exacting when it comes to detail and Andy delivered in every respect. He worked incredibly tidily and nothing was too much trouble for him. If you are looking at using a tradesman then you can relax in appointing Andy, he's got integrity. Skilled tradesman, absolutely have no hesitation in recommending Andrew.

Andy replaced the garage roof, as well as fitting a new back door, plus a replacement window. All the work was of a high standard, with great attention to detail- he was very keen to ensure that everything was absolutely right. Customer service was also good- Laura or Andy made sure that regular communication took place, and that times and schedules were kept to. Andy and the other members of his team were polite and helpful, and made sure that everything was left clean and tidy when the work was completed. I couldn't fault any aspect of the work, and would have no hesitation in using this firm again in the future.

From first enquiry to work being done, all communications were excellent as was the timekeeping from quote to work done on the day. The quote was detailed but easy to understand. Scaffolding was needed as the work needed was above a conservatory. The scaffolding was erected the day before the job and taken down 2 days afterwards. Andy (owner) arrived just after 8am on the day and the work was done just after 2pm. Andy tried to fix a leak to my front guttering but it needed a new downpipe installing, no charge was made for this hour of work and a quote has already come through and I've re-booked Lakeview for the job. I only use Which members on my property but I found Lakeview to be the best and most professional so far, the difference is the attention to detail and I felt that Andy treated my home like it was his.

This is the first time I have used Lakeview Home Improvements and I am extremely pleased with the end result and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to others or to use them again. I'm always nervous when using a tradesman for the first time, but it was clear from watching Andy work that quality and attention to detail are important and he takes great pride in his work. Both Andy and Ryan worked hard throughout the day and were extremely pleasant and polite and left the site as tidy as they found it.

After having had problems with ridge tiles taking off in very high winds, Andy recommended the dry ridge system. He promptly produced a quotation, turned up at the time and date promised and installed the system professionally and considerately, leaving everywhere clean and tidy. It was a pleasure to deal with Andy and his colleague and I have no hesitation in recommending his services.

We had our concrete guttering removed and replaced with new upvc gutters, soffits and fascists. Lakeview were brilliant! Took care of everything from start to finish. Scaffolding, waste removal. All work was done within the time scale given and price quoted. They removed all waste, tidied everywhere, cleaned everything and were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend Lakeview.
