I contacted Lawrence on the Monday morning about fitting a vehicle charger he came out to quote that afternoon and fitted it on the Thursday. I’d recommend based on the swift response, clear communications and quality job.

I needed some external lights replaced. Lawrence responded to my request for a quotation very quickly, sourced appropriate fittings and carried out the work the following day. He went to a great deal of time and trouble to ensure everything was fitted correctly and met my needs, all for a very reasonable cost. He clearly takes pride in doing a good job. If I need other work done in the future I will certainly ask him to do it for me.

Upon moving into our first home - with a baby due in 3 months - we were made aware by a building survey that the current electrical systems were likely unsafe for living. We were naturally very concerned by this and so we contacted LB Electrical Services to see whether they could carry out an EICR report prior to our looming completion date. They did this almost immediately with great care and skill and consistent, timely communication. After having such a wonderful experience with LB Electrical Services, we asked them to remedy the issues identified. They made time to correct all the issues, which included new consumer units, a new fuse box and many others, as soon as we moved in. The work was completed with thorough expertise and it was a pleasure to have them work in our home. Any obstacle that arose was dealt with swiftly and with open communication. Our home is now completely safe and we feel so much more at ease knowing that we chose these tradesmen to complete this crucial work. Finally, in a world of rushed communication and a lack of human connectedness, it was a refreshing and wonderful experience to meet these tradesmen and experience their kindness as people (this includes helping me unload the washing machine as a very pregnant lady!). We would absolutely recommend their services to anyone, and we will certainly be using LB Electrical Services solely for any further electrical work.

Laurence quickly identified the problem which prevented the lights and fan working in the bathroom. He sourced a replacement unit and was back within the week to fix it. Both are working now - job done! A very reasonable price for the work done. I would certainly use Laurence again.

Yesterday Lawrence did three jobs for me: replaced a flush single electric socket with a double (which involved drilling out brickwork which is why I didn't do that myself), replacing a dual channel hot water & central heating programmer/timer and fitting new overbed reading lights. They completed all three in a morning and I'm pleased with the quality of the work, the price and the service. They cleaned up afterwards leaving no mess and I will definitely use them again next time I need some electrical work doing.
