Liam put a liquid rubber membrane on our flat roof and relaid a patio on top. The work was done on time and to budget. Liam and his team were great. Everything was done with care and thought and to a high standard. All the team were really helpful and professional and we couldn't have had a better service. I would thoroughly recommend LCM roofing and will use them again as and when we need other work done.

Liam came to our home and surveyed the job to fit a whole new flat roof on the garage. He booked the asbestos removal company to remove the old roof and came the same day with his crew to fit the roof. They worked solidly all day and completed the job to a high standard. We are delighted with the result and best of all, no more leaks. Liam and his colleagues were polite, friendly and helpful with suggestions on how we could later resolve some issues we have with another part of the house.

LCM did this work really professionally and quickly over 3 very cold days in late November / early December 2023. Very thorough and cleaned up well each day and at the end. Also suggested good ideas on the detail to make sure that the final job looked good and was robust. Liam (the company owner) and 2 others worked flat out over the 3 days to install new OSB wood boarding and then insulation and then the final thick rubber covering over three adjacent flat roof spaces on single storey extension and garage. Worked to a fixed price agreed upfront. I am writing the review mid Jan 2023 and all has been well with the work so far through rain and cold weather. So glad we got the work done. LCM are a well-known roofing company based out of Bredon / Tewkesbury and have been very busy and so it took a long time to get them to come to do the work which was frustrating with the admin / chasing...but once committed and dates set it went extremely well and I would highly recommend the work they did.

Liam and the team did a great job replacing an old Super Six asbestos roof on the garage with a new rubber one. They were very professional, friendly and helpful. They even went above and beyond and fixed the loose coping stones for me. Everything went like clockwork. The team arrived just as the asbestos removal firm were finishing and got straight in with the job of inserting new timbers and laying the new roof. Everything was done to a very high standard and and all rubbish was removed and area tidied before they left. Liam made sure I was happy with everything before he left. Apart from thanking Liam for doing a great job I have to thank him for his excellent customer service & unbelievable understanding when I had to cancel the job twice at very short notice due to illness & bereavement. I would not hesitate to recommend LSM others, and in fact have already asked for a quote for some work I want doing on ridge tiles.

There were three minor repairs which I was keen to have dealt with quickly,as winter was approaching. I asked for recommendations on the local FB page and many people recommended LCM flat roofing. My initial enquiry was dealt with promptly in a pleasant manner,as we're subsequent phone calls. Peter,who came to make the initial assessment, arrived at the agreed time and carried out his work in a pleasant, professional way. Liam subsequently carried out the repairs promptly and gave clear explanations of the work which had been done. The reasonable cost was exactly as had been agreed beforehand. I would definitely use this company for any further work that requires to be done.

Liam and his team did a fantastic job replacing a corrugated asbestos garage roof with a rubber roof. They managed the whole job from start to finish including booking and liaising with the asbestos removal company, providing materials and carrying out the work to a high standard of finish. Liam provided excellent communication from the quotation stage to completion of the job. The invoice total matched the quoted price exactly.

Liam and his team completed the full replacement of our garage roof in a single day with 4 men working all day. The work was done in a professional manner and the cost was reasonable. We had to contact Liam on a couple of occasions before the work was undertaken and he responded quickly and positively. We had the windows and roof of our large conservatory replaced and upgraded. From the initial quote, to the clearing up, Liam and his team were honest, reliable, professional and friendly. They were always on time and put full days in. The associated electrician and plasterers also turned up when expected and did a great job. Always very good service. I contacted them on the Sunday and they came round the next Tuesday to replace two roof tiles. Job completed very efficiently. When I received the invoice it was just as was initially quoted. I always ring them for any roofing issue.

Liam and his team replace our flat roof with a EPDM rubber roof. The team arrived on time and were a pleasure to have here. They were very professional but also very personable. Communication from Liam has been excellent and the very competitive quote was received promptly. The work was carried out to a very high standard and nothing was too much trouble; I ask Liam (when he was here) if he would check our chimney pots as a lump of cement an fallen off. It transpired that this was a piece of concrete cap which Liam replaced a no extra charge. I can not speak highly enough of Liam and his team. I can’t speak highly enough of Liam and his colleagues. A crack between the wall of my porch and house required attention. Liam came to look at it one day and within a couple of days one of his colleagues had come to repair that crack and another in my conservatory. A very pleasant, friendly and competent approach from those I came into contact with. Also very reasonable charge for the work. Would most definitely recommend them and use them again.

Liam and his team arrived early on arranged day and cleared overhanging trees above my garage. Old felt roof removed and new boarding and rubber roof fitted all in one day. Great work and site cleared and left very tidy, they all went extra mile to finish job. Very good standard of work and customer service, totally happy with whole process and price. LCM have repaired a number of minor niggling roof leaks at the school over the past year. I have been really impressed by their work for us and by their willingness to respond to any request made in a timely manner. The school is over 300 years old and over time repairs have been needed. When called, in each instance they have managed to stem the leak and importantly have explained why the leak occurred. I have been really impressed by their service and am confident in their skills. I would strongly recommend them to anyone with similar challenges.

Liam was very helpful at our first meeting, listening to all our concerns and explaining all our options. LCM I found to be very polite, quiet and caring about the property. I have had them on two different occasions, the first to do a flat roof and the second to repair a leak on the pitched roof. The work that LCM carried out at my property was to fit new guttering and replace a cracked downspout. At the initial meeting, Liam was helpful and honest from the start that the job was a small one, but he was happy to fit my job in around other larger roofing contracts, which suited me. Although it took a little while before an opportunity arose for the job to be done, it was completed efficiently and professionally by the team. I felt comfortable leaving Liam and the team at the house to complete the work, as I had a prior appointment. The cost of the work was as agreed at the initial meeting and was very reasonable. What impressed me most about Liam was that from the start, he was honest and did not try to make the job bigger than it needed to be. I am happy to recommend him and will use his company again should I need roofing or gutter work.

I have a 19m x 9m outbuilding with a metal roof. Recently it’s started to leak in several places. I called in LCM to take a look and within the week the team had fixed and replaced over 600 roof fittings and sealed everything to perfection. A great job, great team, and fair price.
