Liam and his team did an excellent job insulating our attic. Liam gave an accurate assessment of the work required having seen photographs. The work was done really well - efficiently and neatly, and within the time frame he anticipated. They kept everything clean while they worked and tidied up really well when they left. We had had the pleasure of using Liam and his team on more than one occasion, 3 times in fact, and they have not been for small projects either. 4 flat roofs for one, a whole complete replacement for felt, batons, tiles, facia, soffit, drainage for the second, and the third a massive old chapel replacing tiles, soffit, facia and drainage. All throughout each of the projects Liam and the team are forever friendly and supportive, helpful with advice on which direction to choose e.g. tiles, unexpected repairs, etc to the point that it does not come across as 'extras' at all. Liam is constantly in touch and kept us up-to-date with some of the supply issues that we faced (as one of the projects was during the easing of restrictions of covid amongst others) and as soon as these things came in they were in touch and sorting out dates. Our home roof, project two, was done in under two weeks! fantastic. From start to finish, always helpful, considerate, trustworthy and flexible. A very knowledgeable team and I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

Liam & his team arrived on expected day & completed high quality new roof by early afternoon. All rubbish was removed. A few minor changes to soffit fitting were agreed & happily done. Excellent job.

LCM were great throughout the whole process, from providing the quote to completing the work. Liam was always quick to answer any queries. I asked LCM to replace my garage and porch roof, along with all fascias, soffits etc. They did a great job and had finished by mid afternoon. The result looks perfect and I am very happy. I decided to hire Liam and his team to install insulation on my flat roof based on which? award they received. The flat roof was letting too much cold enter into the house in the winter, and I also wanted at the same time to prepare the installation of a balustrade by another provider. Liam and his team did the job in one day! Super well organised and efficient team. Good positive mindset and easy to work with. They know what they are doing. They took also great care when moving materials through the house (as we don't have a side access to the rear of the house). I am very happy with their work and will recommend them to all my friends without any hesitation.

They have spent the last three days doing general maintenance on my roof, anything from installing a dry ridge system , replacing broken tiles, filling mortar and improving guttering. Their work is thorough and of a high standard. It looks great, and they tidy up well after themselves. All in all, I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I was particularly keen that "state of the art" long lasting material should be used. LCM Flat Roofing Ltd were a pleasure to deal with. LCM Flat Roofing replaced the entire roof on our property. The work included arranging the scaffolding, arranging the skip hire, removing the old roof, installing new felt and battens, new tiles, and the work required to install the verge/ridge system. I would definitely recommend LCM, we had a section of the cement under the tiles repaired to the gable end. Communication was brilliant every step of the way and the work was carried out quickly and to a very high standard. It looks really good and very tidy work.

Liam and his team initially carried out a temporary emergency repair to ensure my house was watertight. On the agreed day they turned up on time and did a great permanent repair job. They replaced the tiles that had been blown off by the storm and secured the tiles and fascia that had been lifted/moved by the storm. They also installed a new dry verge. Their work was clean and tidy. They were polite and helpful.

This is the third job Liam has done for me, replacing all my guttering this time. As a lady of a certain age living alone I appreciate someone who doesn’t talk down to me, or baffle me with technical terms, but explains things clearly and concisely and doesn’t automatically point me in the direction of the most expensive solution. But he doesn’t just talk the talk - he and his team do an excellent job for what seems to me to be a reasonable price, not that I have anything to compare it with as I wouldn’t consider using anyone else.

Great job by LCM matched and replaced our end roof ridge tile which had been damaged during the recent bad weather Liam checked the damage and was on the case during what must of been one of the busiest weeks for any roofer. Outstanding service
