We are a family run business with over 15 years experience. We cover all aspects of roofing such as fascia's, soffits and guttering. Chimneys, pitched tiled roofs as well as the ever increasing popular conservatory conversions.
We are specialists in flat roofing systems, using a variety of different membranes such as rubber, liquid rubber and single ply. These all come with a 10/20yr guarantee. We are customer facing, honest and provide a full quote with no hidden extras

I contacted LCM via Facebook after losing ridge tiles in the recent storm. Liam came and assessed the damage, quote received that evening and repair done the next day. We asked Liam to re-tile one of our rooves and confirmed a date for work to start. Liam and his team - all clean; polite and courteous - turned up and worked incredibly hard and transformed the roof completely. The result was fantastic: excellent tiling and lead work; quickly and competently carried out and expertly cleaned up afterwards - for a messy job, you literally wouldn’t have known they had been there!! I can’t thank (LCM) Liam and his team enough for their work. The guttering /facia etc look brilliant. They tidied up each evening before leaving and each day came back with a cheery "good morning" and smile. I had a completely new roof on my semi-detached 4-bedroom house. Liam and his team were punctual, they arrived every morning at 8am without fail. If there were any changes to the days schedule, I was also told in advance. Liam's communication was excellent. Having a new roof is quite an anxious time but I needn't have worried at all, Liam was in complete control, and I had every confidence and trust in him and his team. They were brilliant. Liam organised the skip and the scaffolding. My first point of contact was to Jo, she was fantastic, got back to me when she did and came through with the quote when she said she would. Communication was perfect. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

This is the second time we have used LCM Roofing. This time it was to remove and replace some lead flashing which had deteriorated and was causing water ingress. We had initially spoken with Liam on a couple of occasions about the problem and potential solutions. Liam provided a comprehensive quote which we were happy with. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently and we are very pleased with the quality of the finish. The team were all very friendly and helpful.

LCM provided me with the service I was looking for. I had a quick response to my initial enquiry, the survey was carried out as agreed, and although the date for installation was 5 months after I accepted the quote, I knew that would be the case and there was no urgency. The team arrived on time on the date agreed. I had received a call from LCM in advance to confirm the work was on schedule. The installation team were efficient, clean and tidy. Nothing was left for me to do afterwards. There was a problem with their materials order not being complete but they returned a few days later and quickly completed the work. I subsequently received a call from LCM to check I was happy with the work, which I was. All in all, a very satisfied customer with an added bonus of the company being local to me (same village) and I like to support local companies. I wish all tradesmen were as responsive and efficient, sadly they are not.

I met Liam through work. I am office manager at a school and Liam was recommended to me by a large local secondary school when our roof started to leak. What I like about Liam is that you get a great impression when you first meet him and he really knows his trade. He won’t rip you off and there’s no pressure. I was so impressed by him and his standard of work that I asked him to come and sort some tiles out on my garage roof. So if he tells you no job is too small he means it. He booked me in and did a grand job. I have already recommended him to my neighbours who need roof work doing. He’s trustworthy and he’s a really nice, decent guy. Thank you Liam.

This is the second time I have used LCM Flat roofing. The first was in 2019 when, during the installation of a kitchen, it became evident that the roof was in need of complete replacement. Despite the pouring rain in March that year, and struggling to keep the empty kitchen dry, the men worked on and, in a surprisingly short time, secured us a new high quality roof, such that the kitchen installation could continue. This time, it was the adjoining porch roof that was leaking, so a similar roof was installed to replace the plastic panel one. This time the work only took today. Again, an excellent job, and helpful, polite and tidy workers. I will recommend them anytime.

I engaged LCM Flat Roofing to replace a damaged rubber membrane flat roof. The roof internals had also been damaged by water ingress. I also asked for the soffits, fascias, gutterings & downpipes to be replaced. Liam & his team carried out excellent work, on time & at a very reasonable cost. They were polite, courteous & a pleasure to deal with. The work was carried out on schedule on the pre-agreed date. Liam is very customer facing & discusses any issues as they arise. Growing too fast ...
I wrote a glowing report for several exemplary jobs carried out by Liam in April 2020. However, his business has grown and he is struggling to keep up ... Liam provided a quote in Sept 2020 to replace my swimming pool roof, which I accepted, in Jan 2021 he asked if we were still interested ... I was but no start date. By July 2021, after a couple of discussion, I pushed for a start date and received 'The dairy is rammed full. I can book a date in November and try again if that would suit?'.

We needed a conversion of the conservatory roof. LCM Flat roofing company was our second quote after a local recommendation. Liam who runs the company was clearly professional and friendly. Liam provided the quote very quickly and it was very competitive so it was an easy choice. The conversion was completed as he described. The guys working with him make a very impressive team. The job was completed neatly and exactly as he had described in the quote. The plastering and first and second fixing were also completed perfectly. There was a problem with a door after completion and this was completed straight away.

Liam and his team arrived when they said they would and worked non-stop on the first day into early evening, liaising fully as work progressed. Returning on the second day to finish the job, everything was completed by early afternoon and the site was left clean and tidy. The quality of the finished job is first class and has been receiving admiring comments from neighbours. I have no hesitation in recommending them for work of a similar nature.
