This is the second time I have used LCM Flat roofing. The first was in 2019 when, during the installation of a kitchen, it became evident that the roof was in need of complete replacement. Despite the pouring rain in March that year, and struggling to keep the empty kitchen dry, the men worked on and, in a surprisingly short time, secured us a new high quality roof, such that the kitchen installation could continue. This time, it was the adjoining porch roof that was leaking, so a similar roof was installed to replace the plastic panel one. This time the work only took today. Again, an excellent job, and helpful, polite and tidy workers. I will recommend them anytime.

I engaged LCM Flat Roofing to replace a damaged rubber membrane flat roof. The roof internals had also been damaged by water ingress. I also asked for the soffits, fascias, gutterings & downpipes to be replaced. Liam & his team carried out excellent work, on time & at a very reasonable cost. I wrote a glowing report for several exemplary jobs carried out by Liam in April 2020. However, his business has grown and he is struggling to keep up ... Liam provided a quote in Sept 2020 to replace my swimming pool roof, which I accepted, in Jan 2021 he asked if we were still interested ... I was but no start date. By July 2021, after a couple of discussion, I pushed for a start date and received 'The dairy is rammed full. I can book a date in November and try again if that would suit?'.

We needed a conversion of the conservatory roof. LCM Flat roofing company was our second quote after a local recommendation. Liam who runs the company was clearly professional and friendly. Liam provided the quote very quickly and it was very competitive so it was an easy choice. The conversion was completed as he described. The guys working with him make a very impressive team. The job was completed neatly and exactly as he had described in the quote. The plastering and first and second fixing were also completed perfectly. There was a problem with a door after completion and this was completed straight away.

Liam and his team arrived when they said they would and worked non-stop on the first day into early evening, liaising fully as work progressed. Returning on the second day to finish the job, everything was completed by early afternoon and the site was left clean and tidy. The quality of the finished job is first class and has been receiving admiring comments from neighbours. I have no hesitation in recommending them for work of a similar nature.

Liam and his team fitted new, uPVC facias, soffits and gutters to my whole house. They removed and took away all the old material and did a few extra little jobs while the scaffolding was up and they could reach places I would never be able to. They were pleasant and helpful and did a wonderful job. I am extremely pleased with the end result and will happily recommend LCM Flat Roofing to anybody who asks me!

LCM Flat Roofing replaced our glass conservatory roof with a thermal roof. They turned up when they said they would, all the tradesmen were perfectly managed to come just at the right time. The team worked really hard and the roof looks excellent. I would definitely recommend.

Liam and his staff are brilliant! They’re all really friendly, courteous, know what they’re doing and tidy. We required a doorway to be made from half to full height and trying to find someone to do this job was proving to be a nightmare as the scale of it didn’t seem to warrant the work. I was recommended to try LCM Flat Roofing by an asbestos removal contractor who I had contacted regarding removing some asbestos cement in our roofline. I'm really glad they put me in touch with Liam because he and his team were really helpful from beginning to end. The job started as replacing the cement but then we decided to use them for adding wooden fascia boards and replacing guttering all around the house and replacing the clear plastic roof covering our sideway. All of that (including the other contractor removing the asbestos- all dealt with by Liam on our behalf) was done in a day, including a bit of repointing requested on the day for an hourly rate. Liam's team are friendly, extremely hardworking, flexible, professional and happy to discuss/explain any aspect of their work. I had a swift response to every query before and after and although our job was 'bitty' / probably not the most exciting roofing job in the world they didn't dismiss it, listened and took the trouble to clarify everything in detail so that all went smoothly on the day. We are really happy with the quality and agreed on a price for the work completed and wouldn't hesitate to use/recommend LCM Flat Roofing.

Liam was kind enough to go through what he thought the issues were with me and answer a number of questions before work commenced. He was able to give an accurate quote and then carried out the work to a high standard. We used LCM to do all the roofing work on a large extension to a 14th century pub. The work consisted of 2 pitched tilled roofs and one flat roof courtyard. Being a grade 2* listed building the tile work had to match up with the existing property. The flat roof courtyard area was complex as it had to be linked in with one 14th century building, one 18th century building and a brand new oak timber frame extensions. A roof lantern and fire curtain was also incorporated. On top of this all the rain water drainage had to be rerouted and made from new. All of this work was done from concept to completion by LCM. All work was carried out with a professional approach and I’m really pleased with the final product. Highly recommend.
