We are a family run business with over 15 years experience. We cover all aspects of roofing such as fascia's, soffits and guttering. Chimneys, pitched tiled roofs as well as the ever increasing popular conservatory conversions.
We are specialists in flat roofing systems, using a variety of different membranes such as rubber, liquid rubber and single ply. These all come with a 10/20yr guarantee. We are customer facing, honest and provide a full quote with no hidden extras

Replacement of rotten garage flat roof

Liam and his team replaced the rotten garage roof including joists with epdm rubber sheet, and also fitted new soffits and guttering to the garage and around the house. They came promptly as arranged and worked hard doing an excellent job, which extended over a long weekend. I recently moved to a house with a flat roof that leaked. Liam provided a competitive quotation and his team completed the work in a day. The men were polite, friendly and efficient. When I discovered later that one of the skylights in the roof had a fault, Liam made a return visit and resolved the problem at no extra charge. A New Garage Roof

This is a review for removing my garage roof and replacing with boarding and an EPDM rubber roof. A big thank you to Liam and his men. He arrived on time with four men. As promised, removed the old leaky roof, replaced all the wooden beams and supports, lined with boarding, covered with EPDM rubber roofing, all in one day. They cleared all the old roofing away. I was particularly impressed with the finish both inside and out especially the edging used on the outside to cover the boarding and rubber, it looks really neat and attractive. Throughout the communication was excellent, clear and very helpful. I can thoroughly recommend LCM roofing.

We hired Liam and his team to renew the flat roof over our kitchen which was old and had started to leak. We are very pleased with the result which is very neatly finished and compares favourably with roofing installed by other traders in the past. Efficient & thorough job on Old Theatre Roof

Following a personal recommendation and due internal authorisation, Liam and his team replaced approx 60m2 of leaking ancient tin roof on a old theatre building in Cheltenham for me with a new rubber membrane and additional insulation. Liam was prompt with his communications, polite and efficient (as were all his team) and the work was carried out to a high standard (particularly ensuring that no damage was done to the intricate fabric of the building). The site was left clean and today at the end of each day, all the debris removed, and a good sweep up was made when the work was completed. I can also recommend the scaffolding company LCM used to provide a secure tower to access the relevant area. All work was completed and invoiced as per the agreed budget, and I am very happy to recommend Liam & LCM Roofing.

Earlier this year we decided to replace our conservatory glass roof with a flat roof. Being a canny Scot I contacted several companies to come and view the job and give quotes. After much deliberation, we chose Liam Mellor from LCM Flat Roofing Ltd. He arrived with four chaps at 8.30 am on the specified date. Just over one and a half days later the job was completed. I had read online reviews about this company and they were completely accurate. Liam and his team were polite, worked diligently and tidily. I have no hesitation in recommending LCM and have now asked him to replace the flat roof on my sunroom.

After very heavy rain in October 2020 some of the brackets holding my guttering became loose so I contacted LCM Flat Roofing Ltd. Liam Mellor has done quite a bit of work on my house over the years - flat roofing, chimney repointing, replacement of broken roof tiles etc and I have always found him and his team to be very knowledgeable, reliable and pleasant to deal with. Liam came very promptly and fixed the guttering brackets - excellent work and problem fixed in no time! I would have no hesitation in contacting him again for any future work in relation to roofing and would highly recommend this firm.

This company We found from recommendation of a friend. They came thoroughly estimated the requirements of what was needed for job. Within 24 hours I had an email with the estimate very reasonable and fair price. A week later we had a date and time of start of job. The morning of the start date we had a time of arrival. Sheeting covered our driveway so there was no mess the three men job got on with the job removed all old materials.renewed and rubber sealed our flat former roofing we must say how happy and polite staff of LCM where nothing was too much trouble. The job we are very pleased with. No mess left. Clean workmanship. Very happy and efficient staff. Thank you.

Had been very happy with using this company once before so was hopeful that they could help me with a leak that had developed around the base of a chimney. As I had found before, Liam came across as a very pleasant, more than helpful, individual and if I have any future problems with my roof I will definitely contact him to see if he could help me again. Fixed slipped roof tiles, magnificent job pointing a chimney which had been leaking smoke, painted bargeboards, and fixed a gutter problem. A return visit from Liam and his helpers, they work hard and do a great job, my go to roofer. In the past they have done great work lining our central valleys - highly recommend. We had a problem drain and Liam was back immediately to resolve the issue, totally reliable. He has also done work for my parents resolving a new "builder" installed flat roof which leaked from the first year and the builder insisted it was condensation. Liam fixed it. I wouldn't trust anyone else with flat roofs, or pitched roofs.

We contacted Liam to take a look at our 40 year old leaking corrugated asbestos garage roof. He was easy to contact, always got a response. He quickly surveyed the job after our first contact and provided a very reasonable quote. Our garage is joined to our neighbours garage, who was also interested in having his roof replaced. The neighbour was just as happy with the quote so decided to have his done at the same time. Liam arranged for the old asbestos roofing to be disposed of safely and installed the new EPDM rubber roofing in a very professional way. He estimated three days work but it was completed in two. Liam and his guys worked so hard, never stopping and he certainly takes pride in his work. It was an excellent job, no complaints at all and we would happily recommend him and would definitely use again.

Installed liquid rubber roof to polycarbonate roof. As an extra they sanded and undercoated the surrounding board which, as an elderly client, I am unable to reach and which I expected to pay extra for. There was no extra on the final bill which, when queried, they did because they were up there. They returned a few days later to fix an aerial wire which had become loose back onto the wall, again at no extra charge. Excellent: A friendly, professional service with a business ethic that went one step beyond expectations. Would certainly recommend them.
