This company We found from recommendation of a friend. They came thoroughly estimated the requirements of what was needed for job. Within 24 hours I had an email with the estimate very reasonable and fair price. A week later we had a date and time of start of job. The morning of the start date we had a time of arrival. Sheeting covered our driveway so there was no mess the three men job got on with the job removed all old materials.renewed and rubber sealed our flat former roofing we must say how happy and polite staff of LCM where nothing was too much trouble. Had been very happy with using this company once before so was hopeful that they could help me with a leak that had developed around the base of a chimney. As I had found before, Liam came across as a very pleasant, more than helpful, individual and if I have any future problems with my roof I will definitely contact him to see if he could help me again. Fixed slipped roof tiles, magnificent job pointing a chimney which had been leaking smoke, painted bargeboards, and fixed a gutter problem. A return visit from Liam and his helpers, they work hard and do a great job, my go to roofer. In the past they have done great work lining our central valleys - highly recommend. We had a problem drain and Liam was back immediately to resolve the issue, totally reliable. He has also done work for my parents resolving a new "builder" installed flat roof which leaked from the first year and the builder insisted it was condensation. Liam fixed it. I wouldn't trust anyone else with flat roofs, or pitched roofs.

We contacted Liam to take a look at our 40 year old leaking corrugated asbestos garage roof. He was easy to contact, always got a response. He quickly surveyed the job after our first contact and provided a very reasonable quote. Our garage is joined to our neighbours garage, who was also interested in having his roof replaced. The neighbour was just as happy with the quote so decided to have his done at the same time. Liam arranged for the old asbestos roofing to be disposed of safely and installed the new EPDM rubber roofing in a very professional way. He estimated three days work but it was completed in two. Liam and his guys worked so hard, never stopping and he certainly takes pride in his work. It was an excellent job, no complaints at all and we would happily recommend him and would definitely use again.

Installed liquid rubber roof to polycarbonate roof. As an extra they sanded and undercoated the surrounding board which, as an elderly client, I am unable to reach and which I expected to pay extra for. There was no extra on the final bill which, when queried, they did because they were up there. They returned a few days later to fix an aerial wire which had become loose back onto the wall, again at no extra charge. Excellent: A friendly, professional service with a business ethic that went one step beyond expectations. Would certainly recommend them.

Liam and his team fitted new soffits, fascias and guttering to our detached house in Bredon, Worcestershire. We had a good relationship with Liam right from the beginning when we contacted him to discuss our initial requirements, through preparing the quote then completing the works. We felt that we were kept informed throughout the process and able to raise any queries as necessary. We had very specific requirements due to some of the architectural features of our house and Liam was able to discuss various options and accommodate these. Being a local company, I have no doubt that should a query arise in the future, a quick phone call would sort it out. LCM were contracted by our builder, on his recommendation, to waterproof a new flat roof approximately five and a half metres square with a two-metre square roof light in the middle. The team arrived on site and were happy to pander to the unusual and overly conservative specification of the detailing for fabrication given in the architect's drawings. The work took them a day and they were conscientious, courteous and considerate at all times. Liam took the time to explain to me what he was doing and suggested how to adapt the outfall so that it would enable me to use my reclaimed ornate Victorian hoppers (many thanks for that, without such care I would have had to use a modern alternative). At the end of the job, the site was left clean and clear of rubbish. Liam showed me the work (which had been completed to a high standard) and advised me of how to care for the roof whilst other trades are on site. To sum up; the team were happy to help and gave me exactly the job specified. They were friendly, happy, relaxed and approachable in the way they worked. LCM were the best value of a number of quotes received, and the turnaround and care and attention to delivering the project was great. As soon as LCM could, they came replaced the roof, and have left a great quality finish. The installers were great, cleared everything up and checked I was happy with the completed project. Wouldn't go anywhere else having used LCM now!

During the recent storms we had rainwater coming into our garage from the flat roof. LCM Flat Roofing came fairly quickly and removed the plastic facia and replaced with lead flashing. A good job at a fair price and we're very happy with the work.
