Having myself owned and run a roofing company and being aware of all that is entailed, my wife and I own the old Crown In which is in a very prominent position next to the church and we needed to have the old roof stripped and the tiles reused as far as possible to retain the old appearance. The job on the main road in the position described, required great care to be taken not to endanger pedestrians or traffic, as well as creating a first class roof to meet the current requirements. It was therefore Liam's company the we turned and the result is truly outstanding, with many favourable comments being received. I should as a former employer compliment Liam on his staff, who even in his absence worked in a way that is a credit all round. My wife and I were also able to complete a planned short break without any worries, The result when we returned was absolutely perfect.

The team completed all work to a very high quality standard. The work included was, cleaning and treating the roof, replacing soffits, facias, guttering, insulating and exterior cladding. Liam made contact to me during the work to point out, with permission that he could put additional insulation in to hopefully further reduce the amount of heat that would escape from our house. Everything was left clean and tidy.

It was a fiddly piece of roofing around a lantern roof. Liam and his colleague arrived exactly when they said they would, were polite and helpful, worked tirelessly all day without a break, cleared up everything before they left, finished the work more quickly than I thought they could, and charged me exactly what they had quoted. Having reached out with a leaking roof (owner of a 21 year old 3 storey town house). The issue turned out to be a misplaced roof tile (out of alignment by around 4 inches) which resulted in rain water running down the inside of a dorma bedroom window. Liam was able to provide a quote, arranged for scaffolding to be errected, and then came to fix the leak by putting the tile back in place on my roof the following day (whilst it was pouring with rain).

Our old roof felt failed and we came home from a short break to fing a partially collapsed ceiling and a big wet mess! I called three Which? Trusted Traders in my area. One arrived very quickly and offered to start work within days but their prices were sky high. Liam from LCM Flat Roofing got in touch within a few days and sent a quotation based on photos I sent him. His quote came back quickly and was a reasonable price. He replaced our flat roof with rubber. The work looks good, no water has come through since and he tidied up well. Liam arranged a plasterer and an electrician to replaster the damaged ceiling and refit a recessed light. Both were excellent and we are very happy with the final result.

LCM Flat Roofing replaced my old and leaky garage roof. It was a brilliant service. First someone came out to look at the roof and this was followed up around a week later with a detailed quote by email giving different pricing options. The price was very reasonable and less than I had expected. This was the only company I contacted so can’t compare prices. I had seen other work they had done and knew they could be trusted to do a great job so went with this company and it did not disappoint. I had to wait just over a month to get the job scheduled in and Liam and the guys turned up exactly on time. They were polite and hard working and the job was done same day to a very high standard. New pitched tiled roof, fascia and guttering. Came as scheduled, work completed quickly and efficiently to a high standard.

We had a leak in our flat roof. We were unsure whether to have a small repair or a complete roof replacement. After discussing our options with LCM, we decided to go ahead with a replacement. They came promptly on the date arranged and the team of four carried out the work within one day. When the old roof was removed, all four corners showed signs of water damage and rotting wood so we were reassured that replacing the roof had been the right decision. The team were polite, efficient, tidy - all the rubbish was cleared away and the new roof looks really good. The cost was as quoted.

We knew of LCM flat roofing as a local business in our area. Liam was great to communicate with and was happy to spend plenty of time discussing our requirements, which were a little complicated to us due to our building work regarding the new garden room, Liam assured us that the work could be done without issue. On the day in question Liam and his 3 staff members were really easy to deal with and worked hard to get the work completed in the day as agreed. The pitch of our roof has been altered and all of the fascia/trim/guttering renewed in a very tidy manner. The work has not only renewed an old roof with modern EPDM rubber roof but also improved the overall appearance of the house. As an aside, the surveyor from the company who are building our new garden room commented that the work had been carried out to high standard and fitted exactly with our requirements. Liam put a liquid rubber membrane on our flat roof and relaid a patio on top. The work was done on time and to budget. Liam and his team were great. Everything was done with care and thought and to a high standard. All the team were really helpful and professional and we couldn't have had a better service. Liam came to our home and surveyed the job to fit a whole new flat roof on the garage. He booked the asbestos removal company to remove the old roof and came the same day with his crew to fit the roof. They worked solidly all day and completed the job to a high standard. We are delighted with the result and best of all, no more leaks. Liam and his colleagues were polite, friendly and helpful with suggestions on how we could later resolve some issues we have with another part of the house.

LCM did this work really professionally and quickly over 3 very cold days in late November / early December 2023. Very thorough and cleaned up well each day and at the end. Also suggested good ideas on the detail to make sure that the final job looked good and was robust. Liam (the company owner) and 2 others worked flat out over the 3 days to install new OSB wood boarding and then insulation and then the final thick rubber covering over three adjacent flat roof spaces on single storey extension and garage. Worked to a fixed price agreed upfront. I am writing the review mid Jan 2023 and all has been well with the work so far through rain and cold weather. So glad we got the work done. LCM are a well-known roofing company based out of Bredon / Tewkesbury and have been very busy and so it took a long time to get them to come to do the work which was frustrating with the admin / chasing...but once committed and dates set it went extremely well and I would highly recommend the work they did.

Liam and the team did a great job replacing an old Super Six asbestos roof on the garage with a new rubber one. They were very professional, friendly and helpful. They even went above and beyond and fixed the loose coping stones for me. Everything went like clockwork. The team arrived just as the asbestos removal firm were finishing and got straight in with the job of inserting new timbers and laying the new roof. Everything was done to a very high standard and and all rubbish was removed and area tidied before they left. Liam made sure I was happy with everything before he left. Apart from thanking Liam for doing a great job I have to thank him for his excellent customer service & unbelievable understanding when I had to cancel the job twice at very short notice due to illness & bereavement. Liam and his team did a fantastic job replacing a corrugated asbestos garage roof with a rubber roof. They managed the whole job from start to finish including booking and liaising with the asbestos removal company, providing materials and carrying out the work to a high standard of finish.
