We are a family run business with over 15 years experience. We cover all aspects of roofing such as fascia's, soffits and guttering. Chimneys, pitched tiled roofs as well as the ever increasing popular conservatory conversions.
We are specialists in flat roofing systems, using a variety of different membranes such as rubber, liquid rubber and single ply. These all come with a 10/20yr guarantee. We are customer facing, honest and provide a full quote with no hidden extras
We pride our self on our excellent customer service and high standard of work. We are absolutely thrilled to of won 3 Which? Trader of the month awards as well as winning the 2025 “Trader of the year”award!
We also like to give back to our local community such as the NHS, local hospice and animal hospital. We also sponsor a local school and a rugby club.

Liam and his team are professional, approachable and friendly. They listen and answer all questions fully and with patience. They work hard, overcoming issues with a smile and perseverance. They have spent the last three days doing general maintenance on my roof, anything from installing a dry ridge system , replacing broken tiles, filling mortar and improving guttering. Their work is thorough and of a high standard. It looks great, and they tidy up well after themselves. All in all, I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I approached this company as a Which subscriber wishing to use a Which Trusted Trader to replace the flat roof to my garage and that of my neighbour (as the roof is shared.) I was particularly keen that "state of the art" long lasting material should be used. LCM Flat Roofing Ltd were a pleasure to deal with. Liam and Jo, the company owners, were at all times friendly and helpful and Liam and his team of technicians completed the work swiftly leaving everything in good order. I feel the price charged was reasonable with a discount applied for having all the roof done at the same time. The appearance and finish of the work has left me very pleased. LCM Flat Roofing replaced the entire roof on our property. The work included arranging the scaffolding, arranging the skip hire, removing the old roof, installing new felt and battens, new tiles, and the work required to install the verge/ridge system. Liam's team completed the work to a very high standard and did so on time and on budget. They also cleared the site afterwards and left it in a tidy state. I have used LCM Flat Roofing previously for another property and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs roofing works undertaken.

Liam and his team initially carried out a temporary emergency repair to ensure my house was watertight. On the agreed day they turned up on time and did a great permanent repair job. They replaced the tiles that had been blown off by the storm and secured the tiles and fascia that had been lifted/moved by the storm. They also installed a new dry verge. Their work was clean and tidy. They were polite and helpful.

This is the third job Liam has done for me, replacing all my guttering this time. As a lady of a certain age living alone I appreciate someone who doesn’t talk down to me, or baffle me with technical terms, but explains things clearly and concisely and doesn’t automatically point me in the direction of the most expensive solution. But he doesn’t just talk the talk - he and his team do an excellent job for what seems to me to be a reasonable price, not that I have anything to compare it with as I wouldn’t consider using anyone else.

Original fibre glass garage roof fell victim to storm Eunice and was a total write off. LCM came round to view the damage and tendered an acceptable quote for the work to replace the roof with EPDM rubber. Work was carried out a few days later and completed in a day. Care was taken to remove waste to skip provided. Guaranteed for twenty years and roof looks nice and now water tight again. Nice friendly tradesmen and great service.

This was our first experience with LCM. The end cap tile on our gable end was knocked off in the recent storm. We contacted Liam at LCM by text at six thirty one evening, had a reply later that same evening, a quote by first thing the following morning and the job was completed later that afternoon, so within twenty four hours of our original text message asking for help. The guys that did the job were friendly and professional, worked safely and did a good job. Price was fair and overall service was great.

My roof had some loose and slipped tiles after storm Eunice. I have used LCM before and after a quick call they arrived a few days later even though they are very busy right now.
