As a pensioner I didn’t fancy climbing onto the roof myself but Liam willingly took photos on his phone to show me, both before during and after the work. Liam and his team fitted new soffits, fascias and guttering to our detached house in Bredon, Worcestershire. We had a good relationship with Liam right from the beginning when we contacted him to discuss our initial requirements, through preparing the quote then completing the works. We felt that we were kept informed throughout the process and able to raise any queries as necessary. We had very specific requirements due to some of the architectural features of our house and Liam was able to discuss various options and accommodate these. I have used Liam on a number of occasions: To replace a flat roof, to replace the main roof valleys, to replace broken tiles and now to rubber coat a complex felt roof. LCM were contracted by our builder, on his recommendation, to waterproof a new flat roof approximately five and a half metres square with a two-metre square roof light in the middle. The team arrived on site and were happy to pander to the unusual and overly conservative specification of the detailing for fabrication given in the architect's drawings. The work took them a day and they were conscientious, courteous and considerate at all times. Liam took the time to explain to me what he was doing and suggested how to adapt the outfall so that it would enable me to use my reclaimed ornate Victorian hoppers (many thanks for that, without such care I would have had to use a modern alternative). At the end of the job, the site was left clean and clear of rubbish. Liam showed me the work (which had been completed to a high standard) and advised me of how to care for the roof whilst other trades are on site. To sum up; the team were happy to help and gave me exactly the job specified. They were friendly, happy, relaxed and approachable in the way they worked. LCM were the best value of a number of quotes received, and the turnaround and care and attention to delivering the project was great. As soon as LCM could, they came replaced the roof, and have left a great quality finish. The installers were great, cleared everything up and checked I was happy with the completed project. Wouldn't go anywhere else having used LCM now!

During the recent storms we had rainwater coming into our garage from the flat roof. LCM Flat Roofing came fairly quickly and removed the plastic facia and replaced with lead flashing. A good job at a fair price and we're very happy with the work.

I have no hesitation in recommending Liam and his team. At the start Liam was prompt at his initial visit to give a quote, a rare quality I've found. The work was to replace a felt roof on my garage/workshop which was worn out. The replacement has been covered in rubber. Work started when scheduled but unfortunately it was right in the middle of a very wet month. Some days they couldn't work but I was kept informed at all times. The work was high quality and the finish good. And no leaks despite the torrential rain we've had since. The quote was very competitive and to me good value for money. Liam and his team were polite and friendly at all times and when finished all rubbish cleared from site. I shall be using them again for 2 roofs on my house.

LCM replaced our tired flat roof on our extension. The initial quote was clear and reasonable. The work was carried out over 2 days in far from perfect conditions. The finished work has withstood its fair share of bad weather in the 3 weeks since completion and so we are very happy. I would have no hesitation in using Liam again or recommending to a friend.

Liam was very professional when asked to quote for an EPDM roof on our double dormer on the back of our bungalow and sent us the quote by the time he promised. The price was very good and once selected Liam communicated with us when the job could be done. We already had a leak in the flat roof, from the previous heavy rain, and although the weather wasn't great Liam fitted us in on a Wednesday. The team worked flat out in the morning (were here at 08.15) and by the time the rain started at about 13.00 the roof was watertight but not finished. They returned and completed the job on Thursday morning in a couple of hours. They have left our place exactly as they found it, all rubbish is gone, drive swept and new roof completed. Brilliant job and very pleased.

After agreeing a date to replace the roof Liam arrived with his team on time followed by a skip. They were polite and worked tidily. A new rubber roof was fitted in a day and the drive was all swept off . Liam had taken photographs of the work done at various stages so we could see what had been done. We are very pleased with our roof . It looks very smart and the rubber and workmanship are guaranteed.

Liam and his team fibreglassed my pond. Not a normal job for him but he was great, and has done an expert job. I cannot fault his workmanship and flexibility.
