L F Replacement Windows & Conservatories is a family business based in Chippenham, Wiltshire.
We have extensive experience in the manufacture and installation of Windows, Doors and Conservatories. We also install Roofline Products such as Fascia's, Soffit and Guttering.
We use our extensive experience in manufacture and installing in replacement windows, doors and conservatories to help you get your perfect replacement windows and doors.
We have been in this business since 1979 and strive to accomplish a good quality product for a fair price offering the best customer service we can offer to all our customers.

I cannot recommend L F Windows highly enough. We have been dealing with this firm for over 30 years and would not consider going anywhere else! Over the years they have replaced all our windows, front door and back door. They put a lovely conservatory up for us in 1994, and it was only recently that we considered an upgrade with the windows and roof. Kevin came out and carefully explained all the pros and cons of various options. As usual, there was no sales pressure. The quote was very reasonable and everything was so well organised. Maria kept us informed well in advance of builders, and when they would arrive, plasterers, electricians, etc. Any queries were quickly answered which was really helpful and reassuring. All the tradesmen who came here were an absolute pleasure to have around and left everything clean and tidy at the end of each day. We are thrilled with our new look conservatory. It is SO much warmer with the thick insulation! Cooler in the summer, too. Any minor adjustments have been done very quickly and they have been minimal. We have always found the after-care with L F absolutely wonderful. Even after 30 years, our windows are still fine but any little adjustments are done quickly and efficiently, and they are way out of guarantee! I think I’m in a strong position to say wholeheartedly that after over 30 years. I know for a fact, that LF windows are the best.

My new doors are everything I could have wished for. There was a lot of time spent refining the final design but all of my questions were answered, including several I hadn't even thought of! Excellent attention to detail by the installation team, who arrived promptly, were courteous and were much tidier than I ever imagined an installation team could possibly be. I can't recommend LF highly enough. At least 11 out of 10.

The surveyor called, listened to what I wanted, and then I received a very competitive quote, which I accepted. The work was started on the promised date, carried out by a very polite and competent team. When the work was completed, my house was left in a very clean and excellent condition. The after-sales care is second to none; nothing is too much trouble, which gives a lovely peace of mind. I would highly recommend this company and definitely use them in the future. Very Happy Lady.

The handle of our front door needed attention spoke to the team at LF who fitted the door 19 years ago, a couple of days later a new door handle was fitted. We have used LF to fit windows and doors at our last two properties in the last 30 years and we cannot fault them. LF are helpful, friendly and professional their after care service speaks for itself. We will definitely be using LF in the future.

From the initial visit, discussion and measuring to the install the whole process was seamless and efficient. The whole team have a refreshing, no pressure approach, with a genuine desire to provide a quality product and excellent service. The showroom has a wide range of products to view and there is always someone there to advise and help you to get the right product for your needs. The fitters were superb, showing respect for the property and great care and attention to detail. The disruption was minimal and all the rubbish was taken away. We had 11 windows and two doors fitted, within the timescale given, and are really happy with the result. Great people, great business.

Have used several times for different jobs over the years and this was to their usual high standard coupled with friendly service. Job was to install replacement black woodgrain PVCu fascia & soffit board cladding. Done in agreed timescales and scaffolding removed the following day. They also tidied up after they had finished. Lovely job. Looks great. Will continue to use them.

We have used LF Replacement Windows on different houses over the years and from start to finish they have always gone above and beyond. Just had 1 blown window at the front of the house, they didn’t need to come and measure it as they already had the sizes kept on their records. All fixed now. All covered on the 10 year guarantee. Over the course of this year, LF have changed all 14 of our double-glazed windows and an exterior stable door. The timescale was our choice. This was done to a very professional standard with minimum disruption and it was a pleasure to deal with all their cheerful and professional staff. The fitters took good care of our house and cleared up behind themselves. The advice offered during the initial discussions was always carefully and patiently presented, with all options covered, but never with the slightest hint of pressure or upselling.

LF have recently changed all our double-glazing and two exterior doors. This they did to an excellent standard and it was a pleasure to deal with all their cheerful and professional staff. The advice offered was always carefully and patiently presented, with all options covered, but never with the slightest hint of pressure to ‘close the deal’. The final job we asked them to complete was cladding the underside of our front porch area. This was also carried out equally well and we are again very pleased with the outcome. We’ve received many positive comments from neighbours about all of this work and nobody is surprised when they learn that LF were responsible: such is their reputation in this area. We would wholeheartedly recommend this first rate family firm to anyone considering having work of this nature completed.

We have had our windows replaced by L&F Windows, Chippenham and from the initial enquiry to the actual fitting of the windows, we have received both professional service and advice. The actual fitting of the windows was undertaken by Andy and Jo who were clean, tidy and punctual, explained all aspects of their work and left the house where they had been working in a very clean and tidy state. Having had a tactical firearms team chainsaw open the front door on a property in pursuit of an attempted murderer, we desperately needed to replace the door asap. Thankfully Vince from LF windows stepped in and not only found us a door he managed to get it fitted within a day securing the house. A fantastic service for which are very grateful. First time using LF windows today and I have been really impressed with the service received. Originally called up and asked for advice as wasn't sure if LF Windows would be able to help. I spoke to Vince who said to email over a photo of the window in question. He was able to get back to me really quickly with all the relevant information. Andy then came out to do the job and he was great. Clearly very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to get the job done. Also Andy wore a mask and kept distance from us at all times (covid19). Couldn't recommend them enough, would definitely use them again if needed.

We've recently had the all the windows replaced alongside a new front door being installed by the LF Team and we have been blown away by the support. LF Windows fitted by previous house with new doors, windows and a conservatory. Any minor issues such as a broken handle after 8 years was promptly sorted. So it was without hesitation I selected LF Windows for my new property albeit bench-marking LF against other window and door suppliers prior to re-selection. LF provided ideas on window selection which were really helpful which we had not identified, honoured agreed times for installation, and we have been really pleased with the products. Furthermore, LF have came out and visited my property to provide advice on a matter which was not strictly their issue and been very supportive throughout.

Rude and did not want to do the job
We asked for a quote to fix a problem on the conservatory windows which was installed by them some years ago. There were problems on the original build which required them to come back a few times to fix, which they did and the conservatory was fine and lasted well but has developed a problem which just needs a bit of maintenance that we were happy to pay for and thought they were the ones to approach as they fitted it. They visited us and said it can be done and would need to come back and to measure etc. to give a quote. That was around six weeks ago. We called two weeks ago to ask if anything was being done as we had not heard from them to be told it is being looked at and we would be contacted. Today when called and asked again what is happening we were told quite bluntly that they did not want the job as we had been rude to them many years ago when the had to come back to fix the original problems. We have never been rude to any of their workers, insistent that the work should be correctly done maybe, but never rude. Today it was they who were exceedingly rude to us as I pushed to know when they would come. It was not our fault when things went wrong with the build and yes we got frustrated when it kept happening but we were always polite to the workmen but insistent to the manager.
