LF Replacement Windows and Conservatories

We had our windows replaced several years ago when we found LF Windows to be extremely professional, helpful and competent. Their aftercare has been exceptional and today after contacting them about a window that would not shut properly they sent someone out within hours to fix it. We are very impressed with this level of service even as it is several years since installation. We are happy to recommend them.

we recently instructed LF windows to replace windows and doors and install windows, bifold and french doors in an extension. Initial product advise and knowledge was excellent and helped with making our final choices. we met many of the LF team and found all extemely professional and personable. We first became aware of LF Windows when a neighbour recommended them to us. We had replacement windows and doors fitted throughout our house in 1999/2000. This work included having a new window installed on our landing, which involved have a part of the wall knocked out. We were thoroughly pleased with the installation and building work. In 2001 we had a conservatory built and fascias replaced. We did not hesitate to use LF Windows again. Again , we were very pleased with the work that was completed. All the staff at LF Windows are very professional and efficient. The fitters we have had in our home have left it clean and tidy and have been great fun to have around. Obviously, over the years we have had to call out LF Windows due to wear and tear issues and their after care service is just as good as their sales service. We’ve just had LF replace all the windows in our house. From the outset, we liked their approach: no hard sell and a genuine willingness to explain the technical ins and outs of why they do things the way they do (rather than a simple sales pitch on why their approach is best). They also listened to what we wanted and provided suggestions on the best way to achieve what we wanted. Their fitter was friendly, tidy and with good attention to detail, and they also arranged for their service engineer to come round at the end of the fitting and went through our list of little things that needed tweaking. We’re very fussy when it comes to work on our house and have been very impressed, so would recommend LF without hesitation.

We had a porch fitted to the front of our four bedroomed detached family house. We received exceptional service from start to finish - from design and planning, through to installation and aftercare. Nothing was too much trouble. We were given thoughtful and solid practical advice throughout the design and build process, which included the look and usability of the porch, as well as security, safety and performance considerations. The fitters were very friendly and their workmanship was fantastic. They paid meticulous attention to detail and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. The build wasn’t the cheapest, but the quality and finish is superb, and the service received was first class. We also have peace of mind with LF’s 10 year guarantee, which not only covers the windows and doors, but also the locks and hinges etc., unlike the other companies we considered. We are delighted with the end result and the overall package, which represents great value for money. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend such a reputable and experienced, local family firm.
