We have extensive experience in the manufacture and installation of Windows, Doors and Conservatories. We also install Roofline Products such as Fascia's, Soffit and Guttering.
We use our extensive experience in manufacture and installing in replacement windows, doors and conservatories to help you get your perfect replacement windows and doors.
We have been in this business since 1979 and strive to accomplish a good quality product for a fair price offering the best customer service we can offer to all our customers.

Having had a tactical firearms team chainsaw open the front door on a property in pursuit of an attempted murderer, we desperately needed to replace the door asap. First time using LF windows today and I have been really impressed with the service received. Originally called up and asked for advice as wasn't sure if LF Windows would be able to help. I spoke to Vince who said to email over a photo of the window in question. He was able to get back to me really quickly with all the relevant information. Andy then came out to do the job and he was great. Clearly very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to get the job done. Also Andy wore a mask and kept distance from us at all times (covid19). Couldn't recommend them enough, would definitely use them again if needed.

We've recently had the all the windows replaced alongside a new front door being installed by the LF Team and we have been blown away by the support. LF Windows fitted by previous house with new doors, windows and a conservatory. Any minor issues such as a broken handle after 8 years was promptly sorted. So it was without hesitation I selected LF Windows for my new property albeit bench-marking LF against other window and door suppliers prior to re-selection. LF provided ideas on window selection which were really helpful which we had not identified, honoured agreed times for installation, and we have been really pleased with the products. Furthermore, LF have came out and visited my property to provide advice on a matter which was not strictly their issue and been very supportive throughout.

Rude and did not want to do the job
We asked for a quote to fix a problem on the conservatory windows which was installed by them some years ago. There were problems on the original build which required them to come back a few times to fix, which they did and the conservatory was fine and lasted well but has developed a problem which just needs a bit of maintenance that we were happy to pay for and thought they were the ones to approach as they fitted it. They visited us and said it can be done and would need to come back and to measure etc. to give a quote. That was around six weeks ago. We called two weeks ago to ask if anything was being done as we had not heard from them to be told it is being looked at and we would be contacted. Today when called and asked again what is happening we were told quite bluntly that they did not want the job as we had been rude to them many years ago when the had to come back to fix the original problems. We have never been rude to any of their workers, insistent that the work should be correctly done maybe, but never rude. Today it was they who were exceedingly rude to us as I pushed to know when they would come. It was not our fault when things went wrong with the build and yes we got frustrated when it kept happening but we were always polite to the workmen but insistent to the manager.

Their aftercare has been exceptional and today after contacting them about a window that would not shut properly they sent someone out within hours to fix it. We first became aware of LF Windows when a neighbour recommended them to us. We had replacement windows and doors fitted throughout our house in 1999/2000. This work included having a new window installed on our landing, which involved have a part of the wall knocked out. We were thoroughly pleased with the installation and building work. In 2001 we had a conservatory built and fascias replaced. We did not hesitate to use LF Windows again. Again , we were very pleased with the work that was completed. All the staff at LF Windows are very professional and efficient. The fitters we have had in our home have left it clean and tidy and have been great fun to have around. Obviously, over the years we have had to call out LF Windows due to wear and tear issues and their after care service is just as good as their sales service. We’ve just had LF replace all the windows in our house. From the outset, we liked their approach: no hard sell and a genuine willingness to explain the technical ins and outs of why they do things the way they do (rather than a simple sales pitch on why their approach is best). They also listened to what we wanted and provided suggestions on the best way to achieve what we wanted. Their fitter was friendly, tidy and with good attention to detail, and they also arranged for their service engineer to come round at the end of the fitting and went through our list of little things that needed tweaking. We’re very fussy when it comes to work on our house and have been very impressed, so would recommend LF without hesitation.

We are really pleased with the final result - especially as we have an 18th Century Cotswold Stone home. The team were all very helpful and professional from discussions, drawings, survey, installing, to after service and follow through. Nothing was too much trouble - even down to colour matching exterior paint and cement. There was hardly any mess and they cleaned up everything both inside and outside. L.F. Replacement Windows cared about how the windows would look in an old property - and took enormous trouble and care from start to finish. They listened to us - the customer - the whole time. As part of 2 large extensions, I had 4 windows fitted to the upstairs of my property, 3 sets of patio doors, 1 back door and a large wall of windows/doors which extended into the vaulted ceiling. In addition, I had all the soffits, fascias, guttering and downpipes replaced. The whole process from supplying detailed and knowledgeable product information to final installation was carried out with great attention to detail and professionalism. Work was always carried out on the dates agreed and everyone on the team was trustworthy and reliable! Any queries or concerns were dealt with swiftly.......nothing was too much trouble! I am extremely happy with the products supplied and fitted by LF Windows. They are a company who are truly customer focussed and a pleasure to do business with!

We had new windows fitted in November 2006. Firstly they were not the cheapest but we chose them based on positive local reputation. The product is of high quality and any few faults with the product were honoured under the 10 year warrantee, just before the warrantee expired. An example of their service is this, one night we could not lock our back door, LF came out within half an hour. Problem was fixed. The staff are friendly, polite and approachable and give 100% customer service.

We had a porch fitted to the front of our four bedroomed detached family house. We received exceptional service from start to finish - from design and planning, through to installation and aftercare. Nothing was too much trouble. We were given thoughtful and solid practical advice throughout the design and build process, which included the look and usability of the porch, as well as security, safety and performance considerations. The fitters were very friendly and their workmanship was fantastic. They paid meticulous attention to detail and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. The build wasn’t the cheapest, but the quality and finish is superb, and the service received was first class. We also have peace of mind with LF’s 10 year guarantee, which not only covers the windows and doors, but also the locks and hinges etc., unlike the other companies we considered. We are delighted with the end result and the overall package, which represents great value for money. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend such a reputable and experienced, local family firm.

We were so impressed with their straightforward professional and friendly service, and the quality of the units they installed, that over the intervening years, on separate occasions we also had them instal New Conservatory Replacement backdoor Cladding to our facia boards and soffits Replacement guttering Replacement patio doors Replacement front door New garage side door During the recent very hot weather our 16 year old conservatory developed a minor problem with the roof, LF very promptly arranged a visit from their fitters to correct the problem. As usual with LF the fitters were prompt cheerful friendly and thorough, and took the time to explain exactly what had happened, how they had corrected it and how we could avoid a recurrence. We would not hesitate to recommend them, and would certainly use them again if the opportunity arose.

LF has supplied all our windows and exterior doors for 25 years. Everything is of high quality, fitted fast and efficiently. When a window lock jammed after over 20 years of use, someone came to fix it within an hour of phoning LF. Staff are always friendly and helpful. When we needed to fix a window to our then new extension, they were able to supply the same pattern of glass they had supplied over 15 years previously. Most recently they replaced a broken 25 year old window lock, quickly and efficiently as always.

Having bought a house in 2000 I inherited some wooden windows which in not time rotted away and was no longer able to open most of them, I found LF Replacement Windows in Chippenham and they to my amazement offer a wider range than most of coloured PVCu Windows and Doors, one of there uniquely painted products called Balmoral suited my property to perfection and after having them installed with the attention and detail this company offers, I was completely satisfied with the work carried out by the whole team, I would go to work and return with no evidence that anyone had been except my new windows, no mess no bother. The product is definitely one of the best I have ever seen and as a RICS house surveyor I see many products that do not last but this is not one of them! If you need any form of Replacement Windows, Doors, conservatories or Roofline products please take a look as this superb companies product line once you see it you will see the difference.

I have used LF Replacement Windows for several of my properties and there approach is helping you make the right decision for your final decision and attention to detail surpasses any other I know. They offer a variety of choices for windows, doors, conservatories, orangeries and roofline products and I have had all of the above and found the products to be robust and excellent quality. If I ever have a small adjustment they offer an appointment there and then and it gets resolved under there full 10 year warranty without and question or bother. This 10 year warranty also includes the Hardware which from my knowledge in speaking to others is not always included with competitors of LF Replacement Windows & Conservatories, I have no hesitation in recommending this long standing family business.

I've used Vince and his team for two separate contracts. One was for double glazing throughout the property. I contacted them a year later to clad the soft boards and replace the guttering. There were a few snags but they were always really quick to come back and replace them free of charge. There are number of local companies offering the same services but I have recommended them to my friends.

Having previously used LF to change 9 of our windows, we used them again to replace a window and dorr in the laundry, which included brickwork to make a smaller window. Again they were excellent to deal with - quick, quiet, did what they said when they said they would do it. Would use them again without hesitation.

We had 9 windows replaced with new double-glazing UPVC units. LF Windows came on the agreed days; the installers were quiet- clean- quick and unobtrusive. A problem with one catch was rectified immediately. I would use them again without hesitation.
