Our UPVc front door lock was failing , with part of a spring emerging behind the handle/lock assembly. We called Lock Around The Clock, and Chris agreed to visit later that day. He arrived shortly afterwards, and assured us that the lock and key mechanisms were in good order. He tried to reassemble the handle components, but it proved necessary to fully replace it. It took rather longer than the hour covered by the callout charge, but Chris did not charge extra other than the cost of the new handle assembly. The lock is now working satisfactorily, and we will certainly use Chris in future should the occasion arise. We have stored his number on our mobiles just in case!

Our patio door was damaged during a break-in. Chris came promptly, and provided a sensible solution for securing the door, while we wait for a new one to be installed. Very reasonable price too.

Fitted extra lock to patio doors. Supplied and fitted the lock at a very reasonable price within two hours. Have added his number to our mobile phone. We were also able to pay by credit card. Highly recommended.

I contacted him on behalf of a distressed friend in Berko, offered to come that evening, but not possible for her. Came next morning, changed the lock, gave a discount because of her age and obvious state. Excellent service and manure.
