Excellent service from Chris and his assistant. They were with me within 10 minutes of my call. My key was stuck in the door and could not be removed or turned. Chris instantly knew what the problem was. They managed to open the door promptly, fixed a new lock and even cut an extra key. Very knowledgeable. Very friendly. Reasonably priced. I cannot recommend them enough.

Used Chris while ago and he had done a fantastic job. Needed an urgent repair of my lock so contacted him again. He said he could come same day but wouldn't be till the afternoon. He ended turning up late morning and solved the issue. Originally he said I might need a new handle but he was actually able to repair the existing one, saving my a fair bit of money. I can highly recommend him.

I called Chris in the morning and he arrived within 2 hours as promised . He quoted the price of the job at the beginning. He. fixed the lock quickly and also fixed my door which I really appreciated. He was friendly and the price was reasonable. I was very pleased with the job and would highly recommend his service. Called mid-afternoon and was promised a visit in response to a lock problem. Chris arrived very quickly and conducted a problem assessment of a door that would not open. Labour rate given on the phone before we agreed to him calling. Gave me a couple of options to resolve the problem and quickly and professionally solved our problem. Had the needed materials on the van and completed the work very quickly. Exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money. Service delivered in a professional and personable way. His assistant was also excellent and got on with the job. Both were knowledgeable about the type of door they were dealing with and were able to adapt during installation of the frame.

Chris came the same afternoon following a lunchtime phone call. He replaced the Yale lock on my front door and cut several extra keys for me. He work quickly, tidily and was very pleasant and polite. Our front door locking mechanism failed.
