Due to subsidence our front door was out of alignment and the lock had become unreliable. Though I didn't ask for emergency help, they arrived within 90 minuted, and took only about 30 minutes to fix the problem in a very professional way, at a very reasonable price.

Called Chris after leaving a key in the lock inside the house. He was very polite, friendly over the phone, and gave me a time estimate on when he'd be there. He called, saying he was on his way, and arrived exactly when he said he would. He had all the right tools to very quickly solve the problem, and took card payment! Would happily use him again if I had to.

Not only did Chris answer his phone at 9.37 pm, but he also arrived at my door less than 15 minutes later to sort out my front door which wouldn’t shut properly or lock. He changed the cylinder, realigned the door and refitted hinges screws which were missing. The door now shuts and locks correctly. I can go to sleep knowing the house is secure. Super impressed!! Very professional and friendly too. Will definitely use Chris again and recommend to all my contacts :-)

The conservatory lock became sticky and eventually failed. It couldn't be locked without leaving the key in the lock. Not very secure. The team came round as promised, took one look at the problem and said what the problem was and the price to fix it. 15 minutes later, all completed. The door now locks correctly. Plus we have advice on how to resolve the situation ourselves in future and sensible suggestions on improved security.
