5 star service. Replied to my email on a Sunday within a few minutes and confirmed the job would be completed the next day. I phoned this morning. Chris promised to ring half hour before he would arrive and expected it would be this afternoon. He actually was able to arrive at noon and after asking me about the problem with the lock set about fixing it. This he did efficiently and very capably. I needed keyed alike multilock which he ordered collected and fitted without any hassle or mess. He also fitted a lock that I and bought in Screwfix but wasn't identical to the old one... all now neatly chiseled and fitted.

I called because our patio door would no longer lock, Chris arrived within 30 minutes and the job was completed within another 45, "gearbox" replaced and plates on frame realigned. The lock is now as good as new.
