Contacted me by phone to give time of arrival. Explained in depth the faults and various options available to me. Good quality workmanship and had to adapt to a mechanism which is not in existence anymore. Polite & courteous. Would recommend.

Both gentleman who attended, were extremely polite and helpful. They seemed trust worthy and were not trying to oversell. They kept job as cheap as possible (and did a great job). They were also happy to take a look and fix additional lock for no extra charge.
