Chris arrived very quickly and helped shut the door properly. It wasn't actually broken, it just needed pushing in a certain way. He was genuine and didn't charge as though it was broken.

We needed to use our side door as prime entrance during building work. The lock was inoperative from outside. Chris responded to my call within the house and quoted reasonably. He turned up on time and fixed the issue speedily and tidily. As a previous user he allowed a 10% discount.
