Chris and his team came to our office today to fit a new lock on our office door. Right from the start Chris was extremely helpful, advising on what product would best suit our needs. He even researched the products and gave me a call back to discuss before we instructed him to carry out the work. He communication is fantastic, rang ahead of time to advise what time he would be arriving, explaining on-site what he would be doing and spending time once installed to show me how to use the product. Chris is a really friendly chap who carried out the work required with professionalism and courtesy. I would highly recommend Lock around the Clock and will definitely be using them again should the need arise. Well done Chris.

First class repair to multipoint lock system on the timber front door. Replaced main clean box & handle systems, modified door. All now works perfectly. Came same mechanic I called, very helpful, price is good, tidy job. Excellent all round.

Initial phone call wasn't great, trader sounded a bit 'wishy-washy' over the phone, & had issues getting him to confirm a time, but when with it. However, upon him turning up the following day he did and excellent job, talking on an additional task within his pre-booked hour of labour, giving good advice, & got on with the jobs, providing a very professional service for a good price. Will use again. Recommended.

The back door would not open past the keeps. I envisaged a new costly mechanism but after the door was opened it was found to be the mechanism screws had worked loose and once they were replaced and tightened the door worked perfectly, only charged for visit, brilliant.
