Even though wasn't urgent, turned up in less than 2 hours. Could have charged a lot more but gave a cheaper option as only needed temporarily fixing as door being changed in a few months anyway. So it worked out at great value for money. 2nd time we've used this chap now and would highly recommend.

Chris came round immediately. He instantly knew what the problem was and had all the equipment necessary to fix it. He finished in just over an hour, but only charged for the hour. Fantastic job.

Cannot fault them - they came within 20 minutes of my phone call (even though it was not an emergency) as promised. Explained their charges at the outset, and repaired the broken lock quickly.

Prompt arrival. Worked hard at a difficult & stiff PVC door. The securing screws were very long and stiff.

This is the second time Lock Around the Clock has proved to be very useful. This time Chris was here within an hour of my call although it was not an emergency. He sorted out the problem we had with a pvc window where the mechanism had jammed. Excellent, sensible, not a rip-off and polite. At his suggestion I have his number on my phone in case I ever get locked out. I am pleased to recommend him.

We contacted the locksmiths hoping they could open our home safe for which we had lost the key moving. He came promptly, opened our safe in 10 minutes and we were overjoyed as our passports were stored inside. We would definitely recommend him to anyone. He gave us a discount as well.
