Our Yale latch had broken, preventing us from opening the front door. Our letting agent got in touch with 'Lock around the clock' who provided a brilliant service. I received a call when Chris and his colleague were 40mins away. They arrived on the dot when they said they would and quickly had the door open. They installed a really solid, good-quality new latch (with a double lock function that we didn't previously have) and let me test it to make sure I was happy before they left. Would definitely recommend.

The lock on my conservatory PVC door would not work. I obtained Lock around the Clock's telephone number from the Trust a Trader leaflet. Explained the problem; they gave me an estimated price and fortunately, they were able to come out the same day - essential as it was an external door. They rang me half an hour before they arrived giving me an ETA. Father and Son came and repaired my door lock efficiently. No mess. Hopefully, nothing will go wrong with their work, but I feel confident that I could ring them and ask them to rectify it. Very pleased with them and would recommend them to friends and family.

Our UPVC door had become stuck and even though the key would turn, the door wouldn't open. I called Chris at around 10am and he was with us early afternoon with a colleague. Both of the guys were polite and quickly managed to locate the problem, and explained to me in simple terms what the issue was. Chris then presented two options, one of which would work out cheaper than the other, and then they quickly resolved the problem. Would definitely recommend Chris, service was good and quickly resolved our issue.

I was having a problem with a gate padlock which was seized up. Even my gardener couldn't budge it. Chris came an hour later and managed to remove it and replace it with a superior weather proof one. He was kind and efficient.
