Chris replaced garden door lock, adjusted housing on 2 interior door locks so would stay shut and put opening limiter on further door. from start to finish he was thorough in checking what was needed and advising what my options and costs were. A tidy workman, he was punctual, cheerful and courteous and instilled confidence. I will be using him again.

I left a message the previous evening requesting a call back. Chris rang within 15 minutes and agreed to come round the following morning. As promised he rang to say he was on his way. Chris offered some valuable security advice, replaced one lock and a cylinder and repaired a pair of door handles. He was efficient, courteous and considerate. Would definitely use again.

I rang the worker from Croxley News Magazine: he said he would ring me in 20 minutes which he did. Explained problem 'We'll be with you in 20 minutes.' which he was. Lock had broken key in it, so fitted a new lock. Job done in 30 mins.
