This was the second occasion on which I had called upon the business. The fact that I was happy to do that speaks for itself. I was siren a prompt service and kept informed as to what needed to be replaced and why.

Found this professional and sought out to build up a ring bell. In fact I was very pleased to qualify for a pensioner's discount. Will definitely recommend this man again.

Rang about 12.30pm, told he would be here in an hour. 1.25pm arrived, told me I needed a new barrel as keys kept sticking. Changed as keys kept sticking. Changed the lock for one with more security. Left 2.05pm. Very good job all round.

Came out within 30 mins (actually under 20mins). Fixed the problem. Offered a cheap preventative solution. Went above and beyond by fixing the broken lock on my bathroom too! Everything was fixed before 08:30 when I only called at 08:00. Would recommend and definitely use Lock Around The Clock again.
