Came quickly following callout late Saturday afternoon. Kept closely in touch as to progress and arrival time. Completed the work to a high standard, and had all spares in stock on the van. Even cut additional keys on the van as requested while here.

I had used Chris once before and was happy with his work. He did a competent and professional job at a time convenient for me. On the day he needed to change his time a bit but checked beforehand. I would be happy to do business with him again.

Was very pleased with the prompt attention and the fact the trader contacted us to let us know he was on his way from previous job, and expected arrival time. He was spot on. We were very pleased with how tidy he left the job, and took the time to show us how to get maximum use out of a very old locking door mechanism.
