Chris came out on a cold Sunday morning. Called 30 mins ahead. Arrived when he said. Did a thorough job to fix the problem. Charged the reasonable price quoted on the phone and was kind and cheerful throughout.

Had two door lock cylinders replaced due to losing one set of keys. Have used Chris once before a couple of years ago and once again from contacting him and the locks being replaced was under 24 hours. Quick, Courteous, Clean, Friendly and giving advice on security locks, I could not fault them. I know that if I need them again all I have to do is pick up the phone and they will be here. Can't recommend them highly enough.

We locked ourselves out on a particularly stressful morning. We rang Lock Around The Clock as they seemed a local firm. They answered promptly and got us to explain exactly what we had done. From that point they gave us the assurance we needed, namely: - they understood what we had done - they were very confident that they could get us back into our house quickly - they gave an estimated wait time [1 hour] - were clear about their call out charges - told us to relax, go to somewhere warm we could wait - told us they would call when 10 mins away They were good to their word and got to us within 40 minutes. Got access without any further drama and were polite and friendly throughout. Excellent local firm who we would happily use again.

I have used lock around the clock on three occasions. They have always been prompt, efficient and tidy up afterwards. Great service and very trustworthy.

The lock wouldn't turn for me but they serviced and adjusted it so now it is far easier and I can leave the property securely locked. both worked efficiently, quickly and carefully. They explained what would be needed and completed the work. They did not have to replace a part as first thought which saved me money. Arrived on time from a distance away in spite of returning to the same area in which they'd worked earlier in the day.

The team at Lock around the Clock were great from the initial call to them and saying goodbye with the work done within a few hours. They were able to replace a broken front door lock with compromising the door and even tidied up after them. They arrived promptly as expected, letting me know before hand when they were about to arrive. They did the work quickly and within the agreed among price. The team were friendly and reassuring and it was a great relief to have the problem resolved so quickly. They even tidied up after.

I thought the lock the had failed, but it turned out the door had dropped slightly, so they eased, adjusted and serviced it without replacing the lock unnecessarily - great service.

I called this trader to fix the lock on my front door of my new house and change the door handle. Happening to be round the corner on another job he was able to come within 20 minutes of the call (I hadn't been expecting anything to happen till next week as it wasn't an emergency.) Chris and his colleague were very polite, courteous, profesional and knowledgeable. He didn't try to get me to pay for an expensive lock change - he was able to tell quickly that all that needed doing was to re-align the existing lock, and at my request he changed the door handles so that the opening/closing process was easier. He was also able to fix a window in the conservatory that had got stuck with minimum fuss. Chris knows his trade in expert manner, and the charge for his work was very reasonable. No hesitation in recommending him to others.

Chris and his partner fixed my dodgy front door lock this afternoon and it's now it is working perfectly again. They were friendly, focused and efficient and the job was done quickly and skilfully. Chris was clear about pricing for the work before starting, which I appreciated. Communication was very good too, with Chris phoning soon after I'd left a message and then ringing agian 15 mins before arriving. I'd definitely recommend Lock around the Clock.

We were having issues with our front door lock where the wear on the cylinder was causing difficulties opening the door. I called "Lock around the Clock" just after mid-day. By 4.00 pm they had fitted a new cylinder to the lock The service was exceptional, professional, and friendly and the charge was very reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone requiring the services of a locksmith.

I found the Ad in a local magazine and checked the reviews online. Rang and could have had a visit the next day if necessary. Chris rang to confirm the time on the day and to advise me of labour costs and that there would be an additional charge for any parts. On arrival with his son, he inspected the faulty front door lock, said it shouldn’t need replacing fully. He fitted a new part, and the lock is as good as new.

Changed two locks. Very quick to respond to enquiry and attended at agreed time. Work was very tidy and professional. I would highly recommend.

I phoned at 13:10 and they managed to fit me in at 15:30 so that was ideal. Chris and his son did a great job replacing the locking system, explaining everything clearly and giving honest quotes along the way....so no surprises at the end. They were both very friendly yet professional and removed the mess at the end. I paid a fair price by debit card and they gave me spare keys which was great. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again.

Chris and his son came around quickly when I broke a key in my front door lock. They removed the key very quickly and then made sure everything was working properly and that I had another key that fitted the lock. Great service at a great price from friendly and efficient locksmiths.

Chris responded promptly and courteously to my call. He arrived on time as promised and replaced the problematic lock. The cost was ok.
