I was very impressed with Chris' efficiency. He came right away as I was locked out; opened the lock which was stuck - and explained what to do in future. He would not take any but his modest fee.

We locked ourself out of the house and Chris was our second call as the first company let us wait for 90 min with no locksmith just promises. Chris came within 40 min and it took him 2 min to let us back. Very nice and polite.

Clear explanation of options available and price estimate. Chris arrived promptly and informed me that he was on the way beforehand. Work was quickly and expertly completed. 10% loyalty discount, which I hadn't expected. Chris would be my first call if I needed a locksmith again. Have recommended his company to friends and neighbours.
