It was a Saturday, it was urgent! I am 83, live alone and the front door decided not to lock. Panic! Luckily, my son, who lives locally, had used Mr Taverner was before. He arrived within about an hour and made me safe! No fuss, patient, tidy. He checked and double-checked his work. Excellent trader.

Chris turned up on time and couldn't have done a better job. There turned out to be more for him to do than we had organised with him, but he was happy to stay on and do the extra for us. Lovely chap too! Thanks very much.
