I called Chris first thing and he was at my home by 12 midday and repaired my back door straight away. Very impressed and very happy he didn't insist on a new lock as he was honest and was able to repair without extra cost. He had also helped my father in law in the past who was vulnerable. A nice chap. Would recommend.

Excellent service from Chris and his colleague! Called on a Sunday as an emergency as my lock had seized and I couldn’t get in. Managed to get in but booked an appointment for Monday instead. They arrived in the morning, on time, and job was sorted within the hour. All work areas tidied up before they left. Advised on best locks to replace with, but no pressure to up-sell at all. Advised that basic one for my front door would be fine, saving me money too. Very reliable and trustworthy. Price was very reasonable and less than expected. Will definitely call him again if needed.

These guys are great, I have used them before. Rang them close to midday by mid afternoon I had a call to say they were on their way. I needed a new garage door lock, I got stuck in traffic they got there before me and started work. Fast efficient and friendly guys who I feel confident would never do any work that wasn't necessary, or overcharge you. He gave 10% discount as I'd used him before. I'd recommend them every time.

I rang Chris on Saturday to explain that my garage door lock was being temperamental and I was worried I could be locked out of my garage. As it wasn't an emergency he said it would be cheaper to wait until Monday to fix it, which I appreciated. We agreed a time and he rang to tell me when he was on his way. He had confirmed the price beforehand and gave me a ten percent discount as I had been a customer previously. He and his assistant were very pleasant and efficient in changing the lock and even oiled the springs which lift the up and over door. Splendid service!

Had a problem with the lock on the front. This had been fixed twice before by other locksmiths, which on one occasion cost a small fortune! He needlessly change parts that were not necessary. This was absolutely not the case with Chris , he explained everything that needed to be done and all the costs involved (which was nowhere near what we'd previously paid) before carrying out any work. They were quick, and even cleaned my door when they'd finished, super happy!

I had a key stuck upside down in a door. Lock around the clock were able to get to me within 2 hours. The price, fault and troubleshooting steps were all explained upfront.
