I contacted Chris Cavanah to see how quickly he could replace the lock for me, plus the fact the weekend was approaching as well and I struggling to get in and out of the door. I explained the problem and he said he could come the next day. Communication was excellent and they were bang on time to carry out the replacement. Chris and his colleague were both very polite, friendly and professional and did a great job. Highly recommended and I will be using their services again if I need too.

Turned up within a few days of original call, received 30 mins notice of their arrival, arrived on time, found it not possible to repair existing Yale Multipoint Lock and fitted a new one in timely fashion. Very impressed by polite and efficient service. Have used before 3 years ago and was pleased then so this company was the first point of call. Will use again.

Highly recommended and extremely impressed. I'm a landlord, with a property in Luton. My tenants called me earlier today saying they couldn't open the front door, which was in the 'locked' position. The key turned, but the locking mechanism wouldn't unlock. Within a few hours, the engineer had visited the property, opened the door, replaced the gearbox and realigned the door. We had a key snapped in our front door. This rendered it useless and unable to get back in if we left. I called Lock around the Clock as local to me, and the name made me smile. Prompt effective and friendly service. Had the problem resolved within an hour and at a reasonable charge. Let’s face it. A locksmith isn’t a trade you need often but when you do, you really do. Outer porch door would not lock - only from inside so did not did not want to leave house to go out. Called Chris who just arrived back from overseas trip. Said he would call me back which he did promptly and came to see me same day in the afternoon and realigned door. He applied the OAP discount which is a godsend in these challenging times. Called Chris at 8.30 was given an estimated time of arrival of 10 - 11 called to confirm exact arrival time and arrived at 10am. Inspected the lock and confirmed that it would need to be replaced provided a cost estimate and completed the job of replacing the lock on a UPVC front door within 25 minutes. Great service great work would definitely recommend .
