Chris and his partner fixed my dodgy front door lock this afternoon and it's now it is working perfectly again. They were friendly, focused and efficient and the job was done quickly and skilfully. Chris was clear about pricing for the work before starting, which I appreciated. Communication was very good too, with Chris phoning soon after I'd left a message and then ringing agian 15 mins before arriving. I'd definitely recommend Lock around the Clock.

We were having issues with our front door lock where the wear on the cylinder was causing difficulties opening the door. I called "Lock around the Clock" just after mid-day. By 4.00 pm they had fitted a new cylinder to the lock The service was exceptional, professional, and friendly and the charge was very reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone requiring the services of a locksmith.

I found the Ad in a local magazine and checked the reviews online. Rang and could have had a visit the next day if necessary. Chris rang to confirm the time on the day and to advise me of labour costs and that there would be an additional charge for any parts. On arrival with his son, he inspected the faulty front door lock, said it shouldn’t need replacing fully. He fitted a new part, and the lock is as good as new.

I phoned at 13:10 and they managed to fit me in at 15:30 so that was ideal. Chris and his son did a great job replacing the locking system, explaining everything clearly and giving honest quotes along the way....so no surprises at the end. They were both very friendly yet professional and removed the mess at the end. I paid a fair price by debit card and they gave me spare keys which was great. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again.

I called Chris first thing and he was at my home by 12 midday and repaired my back door straight away. Very impressed and very happy he didn't insist on a new lock as he was honest and was able to repair without extra cost. He had also helped my father in law in the past who was vulnerable. Excellent service from Chris and his colleague! Called on a Sunday as an emergency as my lock had seized and I couldn’t get in. Managed to get in but booked an appointment for Monday instead. They arrived in the morning, on time, and job was sorted within the hour. All work areas tidied up before they left. Advised on best locks to replace with, but no pressure to up-sell at all. Advised that basic one for my front door would be fine, saving me money too. Very reliable and trustworthy. Price was very reasonable and less than expected. Will definitely call him again if needed.

These guys are great, I have used them before. Rang them close to midday by mid afternoon I had a call to say they were on their way. I needed a new garage door lock, I got stuck in traffic they got there before me and started work. Fast efficient and friendly guys who I feel confident would never do any work that wasn't necessary, or overcharge you. He gave 10% discount as I'd used him before. I'd recommend them every time.

I rang Chris on Saturday to explain that my garage door lock was being temperamental and I was worried I could be locked out of my garage. As it wasn't an emergency he said it would be cheaper to wait until Monday to fix it, which I appreciated. We agreed a time and he rang to tell me when he was on his way. He had confirmed the price beforehand and gave me a ten percent discount as I had been a customer previously. He and his assistant were very pleasant and efficient in changing the lock and even oiled the springs which lift the up and over door. Splendid service!
