After much research we chose London Box Sash Windows to do the bespoke windows and rear doors on our house in Chiswick. We chose them as they seemed very in tune with how to match window style in older property, which ours is. Frankly after installation we were blown away by how good they looked and the attention to detail on installation and making good. Rooms already warmer! The process has been very pleasant and I can’t speak too highly of Jake, the initial estimator we had, the team that followed through. Especially mention to the installation guys who were very professional and really spent time checking on the finishing touches I have no problem recommending them to anyone.

I don’t usually leave reviews but wanted to make an exception for London Box Sash. The whole team was fantastic from initial enquiry and sales to fitting to after-care and billing. We had all of the sash windows in our Victorian terrace replaced and although it felt like a huge outlay (these guys are very competitive though) once the windows were fitted you I was very happy we had decided to provide proceed. The quality and workmanship is incredible and the windows look absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend these guys - I can not fault them. Thank you to the entire team.

We had read previous positive reviews of London Box Sash Windows on the Which? Trusted Trader site and they had been highly recommended by a neighbour who had had work done by them recently. In our experience, those recommendations and reviews are accurate and well deserved. We had two large bay windows at the front of our Victorian terraced house replaced and also two smaller windows at the back. The company also installed plantation-style shutters on most of those windows. It was a big job, done right on schedule and right on budget. Judith kept us well informed prior to installation. Jasper, David, and Rafal arrived punctually and were friendly and courteous throughout the five days they were with us. Their work was carried out professionally and to a high standard. They cleaned up scrupulously at the end of each day. Their attention to detail and finish, internally and externally, was excellent - they really did go above and beyond to make everything just the way we wanted it: we are delighted with our new windows and shutters. We would wholeheartedly recommend London Box Sash.

The sash windows that I had installed almost two years ago, still work beautifully and receive many admiring comments. The double-glazing and noise-cancelling (acoustic) glass has made such a positive difference. Everyone I dealt with from the firm was professional, friendly and helpful. Overall, the installation process went smoothly from start to finish and any anticipated changes were drawn to my attention well in advance. This company was recommended by friends who had French doors fitted. We got several quotes for a large picture window and London Box Sash were prompt, friendly and efficient. They offered a really high quality product at a reasonable price including a discount if you chose to wait for a last minute opening for installation. The installation was incredibly well organised, everyone at the company was very helpful. The picture window is fabulous, just what we wanted.

We had the front windows done by LBS in 2016 and just had 2 replaced in July 2021. Very happy with installation and the quality of the windows. Indeed, recent changes to design have improved them further. Judith, Patrick and Aud were always responsible and courteous. Aud our installer was very tidy and efficient. There are cheaper options out there though we think the quality is worth the investment. Thanks again.

This is the second time we've got our windows and French doors from London Box Sash & the quality, service and finished result were all fantastic again. From the initial meeting where Jack helped us with deciding the best designs to restore the character of the property to Patrick and the fitters working with our building team on delays and final finishing details everyone was friendly, professional & worked to get the job done. We are so pleased with windows and doors and should we ever tackle another project wouldn't hesitate to use London Box Sash again.

We are very pleased with our new windows, which looks stunning! The team at London Box Sash windows were very knowledgeable, professional, organised, approachable, and did a fantastic job making and installing all of our house new windows. The Accoya wood windows looks amazing and they are truly the Ferrari of any window you can get! We got a good deal with them as well, as we signed up for the flexible order option (as were not in a rush to have them installed at a specific date). The window fitter was also hard working, tidy, and pleasant to work with. We highly recommend this company to anyone considering fixing or replacing their box sash windows.

This is the third time we have used London Box Sash Windows and are very happy with the Company. We moved into a new flat in September and had a cold winter as the previous French doors were over a 100 years old, single glazed and poorly insulated. The new French doors installed by London Box Sash Windows have transformed our dining room in many ways. The design was made to match the Victorian character of the house and the new French doors are beautiful, they have really enhanced the room. We have instantly notice a huge improvement in soundproofing. We can't hear any noise at all when the doors are closed. We feel a lot safer, the doors are robust whereas the previous one was quite fragile and we used to worry about people breaking in. We haven't tested the impact on heating and energy consumption yet as it is the summer now, but we can no longer feel the draft that was previously coming through the old French doors, so we think we will be a lot warmer this winter. So, yes, very happy with the quality of our new French doors and also very happy with the team at London Box Sash Windows. They are very friendly, respectful, reliable, came on time, left the flat spotless and were wearing masks. We recommend London Box Sash Windows 100%!

London Box Sash Windows recently replaced all the original sash windows in our Edwardian terraced home which offered almost no insulation from noise and draughts. From start to finish the experience was excellent, from pre-sale (with no hard sell tactics) through to fitting (efficient, clean and tidy) we were kept fully informed at every stage and the level of knowledge, experience, attention to detail and workmanship was second to none. The windows fit perfectly, look stunning and are in keeping with the age of the property. Additionally, the anticipated reduction in noise pollution and improved heat retention have not disappointed in the slightest. The installation team were also able to reinstate our existing shutters as an added bonus. All in all, we have no hesitation in highly recommending London Box Sash Windows and the team (Judith, Jake, Patrick, Audrius, Ramanus and Raf) to anyone looking for replacement windows.

As the guys were working on our bay windows downstairs I sat in my bedroom on a work call. I could not stop staring at our new replacement window which had been installed the previous day, and I mailed Judith to tell her that. It's such a difference, even setting aside any notion of resale value. The benefit to the look of the property inside and out is immediate. Other benefits like energy efficiency, noise reduction, and lack of condensation seem like icing on the cake. It's as though I feel more at home just standing in a room and looking out. The guys are very considerate and do a great job keeping the mess under control. The service is not cheap, but it's very good value. I feel good having spent the money. I intend to engage them again for plantation shutters, which I'm told they can do on their installed windows without needing to measure up.

We had used London Box Sash Windows a few years ago and were very happy with the job so we called them again to change the windows of our new flat as they were very old and single glazed. The quality of the new double glazed windows London Box Sash Windows made and fitted for us is excellent. The team were very nice and professional. They used protective sheets and left our flat spotless, despite the job creating a lot of dust. The day after the windows were fitted we noticed some minor fixing that was needed. The Company came back after a few days and fixed the job with no fuss, which we much appreciated. Something worth mentioning as well is they strictly comply with the covid rules, they all wore masks at all times when walking in the flat and we felt safe having them around to replace our windows despite the pandemic. I had the front windows replaced to my property. I’d previously used London Box Sash to replace the rear windows 6 years before, which I’d been very pleased with. Excellent service throughout the whole process from quoting through surveying and fitting. Everyone I encountered was very helpful and easily able to answer any questions and kept a professional yet friendly service. They played great attention to detail to ensure a match with the existing windows. Fitting was carried out efficiently, kept pristine cleanliness and tidiness throughout providing full protection of my belongings in the process. Kept me informed of details as the work to fit was carried out, no surprises along the way. The finished windows give an excellent level of noise reduction and immediately noticed the difference to temperature from the old windows. They are incredibly smart, fitting in very well with the Victorian property and period features.

We had an excellent experience with London Box Sash Windows - installing double glazed windows in our terraced home. From the start, the team were friendly and helpful - they obviously knew their stuff and took the time to chat through all the potential options and finer details. When it came to doing the actual work, the team were super - they were polite, very respectful in terms of being in our home (particularly during COVID-19 times) and helpful in terms of prepping rooms for work. Andy came on time it was a 3 day job his work was exceptional he asked me when he had to fit the windows to make sure I would be happy with the the look as like all old property windows not the same size.Right from the first talk with the company I was so impressed with whole way my order was completed .Andy made sure plastic covered my furniture and each night cleaned away. I took pictures of the windows sent them to all my family as the could not visit because I am so impressed with them.

They changed all the window in my house and I couldn’t be happier. Their quote was competitive and the quality and finish of the work was great. I have a mixture of sash and casement windows and they all match perfectly. The fitters were very tidy, took a lot of care minimising damage and worked around a couple any issues they came up against. Highly recommend.

London Box Sash Windows replaced two old and rotting sash windows at the top of my property. From the first home visit they were polite, friendly, professional and clear about pricing and timings. I had a full list of contacts and regular communication from the office. Andy was the installer and did a brilliant job over two long days to replace the windows, including removing and replacing the existing shutters and working with wonky Victorian walls! He covered and protected the rest of the room and the house, and cleaned up thoroughly before he left. First rate team from start to finish - would highly recommend.

We asked London Box Sash Windows to replace all the windows in our Victorian terrace house in London. Jack, Patrick and the team were incredibly knowledgeable and spent time talking us through our options, explaining the history of the business as well as the specifications for the windows. The windows themselves are beautifully crafted and finished, operate very smoothly and feel incredibly secure. They have been complimented by many people. The glass used in the bathroom window is particularly special and in-keeping with the age of the property. Installation was efficient and took place well within the original schedule we had anticipated. We had recently replastered and no damage was caused to the new plasterwork. We had regular email and phone communication with the team throughout the process who were on hand to answer all our questions. We are delighted with the windows and with the service provided. It's always nice to use a family company too - Jack and Patrick run a professional and friendly outfit. They took considerable time to help me design really stunning French doors and were really flexible when it came to installation requirements. I'm kicking myself that I didn't find this company earlier - I used an alternative sash window specialist company to fit some windows just after moving, the quality is just not nearly as good despite them being more expensive.

We have just had seven windows replaced, including a bay window, in our (1906 built) house by London Box Sash Windows Ltd .We are absolutely thrilled with the finished work. Simply cannot fault a single aspect! The quality and finish is stunning and has greatly improved the curb appeal and heat efficiency etc of our property. However, what has been most impressive is the professionalism of everyone we dealt with. Jack and Patrick have clearly picked up the mantle from their Father and continue to deliver a top quality product and exceptional service for every customer. The administrative side was straightforward and excellently handled by Judith. Angelo and Raf are the most outstanding workmen we have ever had in our house! Angelo walked in with a small tool box on the first day, proceeded to cover every surface and carpet with protective sheets. Then brought in a whole workshop of tools and equipment and then worked very hard and non-stop with an attitude of pride and concern for his work. On the last day, he walked out with the same small toolbox and no-one would ever be able to tell that they had been here! - apart from the wonderful windows they installed! It was a total pleasure to meet them both and a joy to have them working in our house. We have no hesitation in recommending London Box Sash Windows Ltd.

We replaced all seven windows in our house, one of which was a bay window. We bought the 'top of the line' as we do not want to replace them again. The windows operate perfectly, the noise reduction is marked (and this was replacing secondary glazing). The fittings operate smoothly and the windows look beautiful. The workmanship and quality cannot be faulted and the work was carried out efficiently and on time. I wish everybody one deals with was like this. Great job.
