London and Home Counties technicians were punctual, friendly and polite, and very professional. The work was carried out in a clear ordered manner to the agreed schedule and at the agreed price. Nothing was too much trouble and every day the house worksite was left in a clean and neat condition. All the installation and testing was cariied out in accordance with the regulations and the boiler manufacturer's requirements. They gave us a teach-in on the new boiler controls and provided all the necessary paperwork and certification documentation. We were very pleased with the work.

Elliot provided an excellent service: He worked in a tidy fashion respecting my home. For example in removing the old radiators he ensured that the carpets were protected and also hovered the dust created. Similarly working in the boiler room, he worked tidily and carefully dismantled the relevant parts of the boiler in order to undertake the power flush. The output from the power flush was carefully disposed of. Being interested in the process, Elliot unhesitatingly explained what and why he was doing something and provided associated advice. It is the first time I have used the Company on a personal recommendation and I likewise unhesitatingly recommend the Company

We had a new Vailant boiler installed by London & Home Counties LTD. Richard came to survey the site and advise on the best replacement boiler for our house. A week later the two lads came and removed the existing boiler and installed the new one. The way they went about the job was brilliant, very professional, nothing was too much trouble and they were very respectful of the house to not make a mess as it was pouring with rain over the two days it took to finish the installation. The finished job is great, very neat inside and out. Robert explained how the boiler and programmer worked and the house is now lovely and warm and ready for the winter. Thank you to the London & Home Counties team for a job well done and I know I can rely on them if anything needs attention. I would highly recommend.
