I asked London Roofing Company to give me a quotation for the upgrade of my roof terrace of my 1960’s house. I chose them as they were listed as a Which Trusted Trader. I got quotations from three other roofing companies to compare prices. I upgraded my roof with insulation boards to create a warm roof and improve my house’s thermal performance. I wanted Sarnafil membrane. We added tiles on pedestals above insulation / waterproofing. The installation was delayed due to delivery problems beyond the control of LRC. They were professional, had good customer service but weren’t the cheapest. I’m happy with LRC’s performance.

We approached London Roofing Specialist Limited to quote for repairing a leak to a glass roofed extension to the rear of our property. Access was not easy, but the team were professional, hard working and efficient, and the work has been completed to a very high standard. The team arrived on time each day and kept us updated with every stage of their progress. Communications by the team and the management were excellent at all times. This company also replaced our entire roof (minus the glass extension) towards the end of 2021 and we were delighted with the work done at that time. A neighbour used this roofing company 6 months ago so had a personal recommendation - “they’re not cheap but reliable”. The office staff and roofers were friendly and efficient. One of the roofers couldn’t make the agreed date due to illness so the office staff were quickly rearranged. It was a pleasant surprise they undertook the work on a Saturday.

We had a butterfly slate roof that required new lead gutters, flashings and complete restate with concrete hips. The guys worked quickly and cleanly, were polite on site and very accommodating. We will use their services again.

The second time I’ve used LRS this year. Again for a balcony which was leaking into the two flats below. Excellent work, reasonable quote, delivered on time. Very happy with the service.

I required a minor repair to my 20 year old Sarnafil flat roof. it was not easy to find a contractor willing to undertake this job at all. London Roofing Specialist Ltd were very helpful and efficient and provided me with a reasonable quote for the work. An appointment was arranged and the repair was carried out within a few days of me first contacting them. The technicians were very friendly and helpful- they checked out the rest of my roof to see if it was ok. I was very pleased with the work they carried out and would recommend London Roofing Specialist to others. I will use them for any further work I may need.

London Roofing Specialists undertook work on my top floor flat balcony in May 2023 - they took up the decking, laid a new membrane, repointed the walls and relaid the decking. It took 3-4 days. They were very efficient to work with - came out to do a quote, scheduled me in within a few days and the admin support/communications was excellent. The work was completed on time and I had a fixed quote. The flat has tenants in and they were very complimentary re the way the builders were on site and minimised disruption to them. The quality of the work seems excellent so far - though needs to be tested with heavy rain which we haven’t had. They provided a 20 year guarantee. I’m already planning to use them again for a different job.

Having used them for a complete retiling and waterproofing of my roof I can thoroughly recommend this company for the following reasons: - Quote was detailed and clear - the work performed was of excellent quality - the company kept me updated as to the progress of the works and any problems - Any issues were show and clearly explained I must admit I did complain to them that some debris was not cleaned up post work and to be fair to them they send someone round to clean up the mess that very day.

London Roofing has now done 3 sets of roof repairs to the Victorian terraced 4 story house. Each time it has been a different issue but they have returned to site and fix additional work. They respond quickly and their work appears to be well carried out and is guaranteed

It was clear from the leaks that a whole new roof was needed. The project started with a lengthy and careful inspection by Darren followed by the scaffold early in April. The work went smoothly and quickly-it was well managed both on site and in the office. All the workmen are well trained, experienced and polite. It was a surprise but a great pleasure to work with a firm like this in London. I have already recommended them to my neighbours.

Darren, Sean and their team advised me on options for addressing leaks and damp problems, removed 25 year old decking, planters and roots from my roof terraces, stored large pots and planters around the roof and on the scaffolding, replaced the roof surfaces, repaired and repainted the walls and render, put down new hardwood decking and made a replacement shelter and planters. Although there were a few communication problems at the beginning, I was very pleased with the outcome. I was particularly impressed by Sean’s flexibility, thoughtfulness and the quality and attention to detail of his and Brad’s work. All the people I dealt at LRS with were helpful and the workmen were also tidy and pleasant to have around. The work did take longer than estimated but this was due to weather and the work involved in laying hardwood decking. Some items increased the cost of the works beyond the estimate but this was explained as we went along.

London Roofing Specialists were extremely prompt in attending to inspect our roof that was leaking. Darren was very informative with his recommendation of a new Sika Plan roof covering required to fix the roof. He was also very understanding that we are charity and was able to offer us a discount to get the recommended work carried out. Hugely appreciated! I must also mention Daniela and Corrine (office staff) who were very pleasant to deal and communicate with. I have no hesitation in highly recommending London Roofing Specialists for any roofing repair or work that is needed.

I have been impressed by this company from the start. Darren, the owner who came to give me a quote, was very friendly and professional. I received a very detailed quote very quickly. I had a few questions about the quote, and the team ensured I understood what I was paying for and why. Setting up a date was also well communicated, even though it was around Xmas and NYE! Callum and Max worked on my roof. They were very friendly throughout. What I particularly appreciated was the constant communication. Any time there was something that could be useful for me to know or be aware of, they made sure to let me know. From the moment I called London Roofing Specialist I was impressed. Daniela came right back to me to set up a site visit. Luke came out and assessed what needed doing. We discussed the different options. Max and Callum arrived after the scaffolding was installed and got to it. They worked every day from early to late in arctic temps and checked in when necessary, in particular, to give me updates. They let me know if they were stuck in traffic. Just overall felt like they were doing their job and not wasting any time. We now have a repaired roof which is guaranteed and I could not be happier with the service. London Roofing Specialist were by far the most professional and responsive roofing company I contacted to repair my flat roof. They answered my many questions quickly and thoughtfully. They provided really useful advice that proved to be correct when cross-checked with other providers (including a family friend who is a roofer). The price they quoted was similar to other quotes I received. The work they completed was neat and there have been no leaks since the new rubber membrane roof was installed despite huge amounts of rain (it was very leaky previously). The manufacturer of the roofing material has since conducted a quality control check and confirmed it was been installed properly. The workmen were really friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a leaking roof replaced by london roofing specialists. It looks well done, also it was inspected by sika and I received a 20 year insurance backed guarantee from sika. The people doing the work were very polite, and even helped me carry in an unrelated toilet into my house!

We had such a great experience with London Roofing from start to finish. We had several serious leaks and had had a number of issues with other roofers. We were very concerned we would not be able to fix them before winter. London Roofing quickly sent a surveyor who was extremely knowledgeable and helped us understand the likely cause of the issues. We received a quote later that day (which was very reasonable) and after accepting, London Roofing was amazingly able to start the work the following week. The work was completed within the time indicated (something very unusual in our experience) and the workers were incredibly polite, helpful and hard working. All in all we have nothing but positives to say about London Roofing and would very much recommend them.

Do not, and I say with all my heart do not use this company for your roof! Unprofessional and extremely poor in customer Servise and only interested in pocketing the money ( and a lot believe me!).They have repaired part of a roof ( a flat one that acts as my terrace) above the neighbours kitchen which comes out in the garden.While the sealing and work on the roof seems to have been done properly, part of the roof where the water is supposed to flow out in the tube and down in the garden goes now slightly up hill ( due to the poor workmanship) so all the water from the rain conglomerates on the terrace for days. As we live in a country where it constantly rains the puddle seems to never go away. Directly above the finished job of the terrace there's a decking which with time will rot as the wood will soak up the water of the puddle ( unreachable because all the decking is built above it).I called Darron the man who seems to supervise everything (and possibly the boss of the company) after having been told that according to him that wasn't a problem ( he came to view the finished job) and he shouted on the phone ending the conversation saying that this wasn't his problem but ours. Even when the workmen relaid my decking back on the roof they damaged the decking without informing me and leaving the work in a mess. Punctual in phoning me when they wanted the payment done ( always before ending the job by the way!) but terribly unprofessional with the customer.

Darren and the team came highly recommended after completing a new roof installation for a family friend. Considered small works the quandary was how do I get it done safely at a reasonable cost Scaffolding would cost more than the job and there was no way I was going to let anybody climb around off ladders These guys surveyed f.o.c and completed the works from a mobile elevated platform I watched their pre start checks on both access and safety harness equipment before effortlessly negotiating the whole front roof from the platform replacing broken and dislodged tiles before undertaking the main chimney pot removal On the few occasions they left the platform they were secured by lanyards and fall arrest equipment Job was completed to a high standard and saved me time and money, I would certainly recommend these professionals

Have been looking for a guttering installers, out of few quotes and people attending a site, the best were these guys including Darren and Amy, quotation received within an hour of survey.
