Arrived on time as ever. Work completed to our satisfaction. Slight issue with noisy radiator following previous work but we know it will get resolved. Very professional and friendly business.

Lucas were recommended by friends of ours, who had used them previously. From our initial contact the process was smooth and enjoyable. The supervisor who arrived for the reccy was polite and affable and very helpful around explaining the nature of the situation. On the day the plumbers were super polite and professional throughout the process. They managed to get everything done successfully and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Lucas Plumbing to anyone who needs major or minor works.

This company cares. I've used them before and both times they have focused on doing a proper job. This job was a response to a leak (not associated with their previous work), they arrived in a couple of hours and sorted it quickly. Costs were reasonable too, no over the top emergency fees. Lucas Plumbing have carried out further work on my central heating system and I no hesitation in recommending them. Whilst the cost is slightly higher than with others, you get what you pay for namely good and reliable work, pleasant staff, excellent communications, accurate invoices and prompt service.

My builder quoted me 750 pounds for some new pipes to be replaced because I had a 'supposed' gas leak. I wanted another quote, so called out Lucas plumbing and heating. They did various leak test checks and discovered that I had no gas leak. They also pointed out various shortcomings in my builders work that I should get them to fix. If I hadn't got them in for the quote I would never have know about the shoddy workmanship of my builder. Lucas Plumbing and Heating could have went along with replacing the pipes themselves for 750 pounds, but they didn't. They were completely honest and upfront. I think that says a lot about this company and their employees. They then sent me a report with photos of the issues so I could pass to my builder to fix. I'm so impressed with them that I will be recommending all my friends use them too. I now will use no one else except Lucas Plumbing and Heating.

I have been using Lucas Plumbing on a regular basis recently and due to their work ethics, quality, workmanship and time keeping I wouldn't use anyone else in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone as they do exactly what it says on the tin with an all-round professional feel to match. We have used Lucas plumbing for several years for everything from replacing boilers to installing air conditioning and many small repairs in between. They are always very responsive, extremely professional and reasonably priced. Everyone from the company is incredibly polite and easy to work with. They have taken calls from us on holidays and the owner, Jake, has even come out on a Sunday night to fix a boiler when we had no heat. They are an amazing company with GREAT customer service. I cannot recommend them enough!
