It took two weeks to completely replace a complicated boiler system, where previous owners had added bits of equipment over the years. Daniella kept me informed throughout. Scott was here early every morning and worked quickly and efficiently, leaving the site cleared and clean every night. All the old tanks and rubbish were taken away. We are now planning to have air conditioning units installed by Lucas Plumbing and Heating in the near future. We would highly recommend, they did a great job. Many thanks.

I have used Lucas P&H for 3 yrs now for my annual boiler service and landlord certificate. I've never been charged for any additional work. The tradesmen have always been professional/polite and friendly. They are accommodating in terms of schedule, times and logistics. It would be nice if largely overlapping work didn't require a double charge (landlord cert and service) but this seems to be an industry norm.

Jake, Daniella and the Lucas Team were prompt, courteous and efficient throughout. They were 100% confiortable with me seeking other quotes and once we decided to progress with them (due to their superior fault finding and diagnosis of the problem), the admin and communication was fast, Clare and accurate. Jake arrived on time and did what was described in the quote perfectly. Job done, heating system fixed (an oil based system). Highly recommended !!

They completed the following pieces of work on time: Removal of old boiler Removal of old sinks Installation of new boiler with thermostat system Installation of water filter They were able to correctly recommend the best solution to meet our requirements. Work was tidy and good quality. The team were also really friendly.

An old boiler and tank were replaced with a new combi-boiler, radiator and thermostats. The work was carried out quickly, efficiently and very, very cleanly with absolutely minimum disruption. The fitters were very friendly and professional, the quotation was extremely competitive and came with 3 years annual service, and the whole experience was hassle-free and pleasant. We returned recently from a foreign trip to find our house cold and miserable - our oil boiler was not running. On the advice of our friendly plumber we contacted Lucas Plumbing and they couldn't have been more helpful. Despite being very busy in the run-up to Christmas, Jake kindly arranged to fit us in and came promptly on the appointed day. He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and very pleasant indeed. He diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it, and then gave the boiler a thorough clean. I meant to write this at Christmas, but got diverted by life. But, I couldn't recommend Lucas Plumbing more enthusiastically - and the administration office was just as efficient and helpful. It is wonderful to deal with a company such as this. Jeff

I used Lucas Plumbing & Heating Ltd for an oil boiler service. The engineer came when he said he would, did a very thorough service and pointed out potential problems missed by a previous service engineer from another company. He also left everything neat and tidy.

I needed a boiler serviced and took a risk in using someone unknown to me. From the first contact through booking an appointment ,the communication and the service has been absolutely first class. The plumber arrived on time, was smart , polite, obliging and left the house in a spotless condition. Only a small job (gas heater needed a new thermocouple installed) but I contacted and left messages at 4 businesses I located on-line. Lucas Plumbing & Heating were the only ones who called me back! That speaks volumes as to their level of customer service. This level of excellence continued with the engineer who came to 'diagnose' what was wrong with my heater and the second one who came less than a week later (part had to be special ordered) to fit the new part. Both were friendly and efficient. Very pleased with the work done and wouldn't hesitate to use again. Can highly recommend. Note my 'average' 3* rating for Value is only because I never received any other quotes for the work so don't have anything to compare too.

Can't speak highly enough of these guys. Very personable, exceptional quality of work and super efficient. Biggest thing for me though was how quickly they responded to my emergencies and bend over backwards to help. Couldn't ask for more, totally trustworthy and someone I will use every time.
