Easy to book, keep you notified of any schedule changes. Great friendly plumbers who work diligently and recommend improvements. We had a replacement boiler - Jake recommended an outside boiler that we hadn't though about, which gave us loads of space back inside. Several smaller jobs including radiators not working - always reliable and professional

Jake and his team did a great job. Ripped out old en suite and installed an up to date new one. His team worked well and always came on time. They are reliable, trustworthy and very professional. I have recommended to neighbours who I believe were by pleased with their work. I have called them back to answer any concerns and to service the boiler. Lucas Plumbing and Heating engineers is a locally based company for me that I recommend. I first came across this company several years ago when I was having difficulty finding a specialised replacement fire resitant fuel tank. The advice I was given by J Lucas at the time was precise, allowing the correct heating fuel tank be precure, which they subsequantly installed and commissioned. Since then they have carried out maintenance annually on my boiler along with all associated heating and general plumbing work. Full work of my property has been to the highest standards and efficiency. They are quick to respond to emergencies with their office keeping clients like me updated as to their expected time of arrival.

I have been using Lucas Plumbing for a few years now for all my plumbing needs, both in my main family home, and in a London rental flat. I have always found them to be incredibly reliable in always turning up when they say, in addressing the problems first time, and for having fair, reasonable rates. This is the first time I've used Lucas Plumbing and I found them very pleasant people to deal with, from Daniela on the switchboard through to the engineers who called round. Jake arrived at the time specified, found the problem and a quote followed soon after by email. A part had to be ordered and a second visit was necessary a couple of days later. Unfortunately the part the manufacturer of the fire sent did not fit and parts of the old component had to be used together with some of the new bits. This slowed the job through no fault of Lucas Plumbing and I was pleasantly surprised with an invoice significantly less than the original quote. I would recommend this firm

I have been using Lucas Plumbing for a while now for both my home work and for a rented flat we own. They do all our gas safety tests and any ad hoc fixes and problems. They have serviced and fixed boilers, fitted new radiators, fixed cold water feeds and are currently installing a new boiler. All good so far. very easy to work with.

Called to fix a leaking tap. Received a quick appointment, engineer arrived on time. Was extremely knowledgeable and explained the problem - he even had the spare parts on his van which he replaced - showing me the old ones he had removed. All is now working perfectly and was fixed so quickly. Would not hesitate to recommend this company and will definitely use again for any plumbing problem. Thank you!

Scott and Ben came over for extensive replumbing for total kitchen refit, including removal of redundant gas supply pipes. It was all completed on time and to budget and they were good workmen who left the job very clean and tidy. They were an excellent company to deal with, work of the highest quality, carried out quickly and efficiently and always left the job clean and tidy. All staff pleasant and helpful.

Scott Shaw did some emergency plumbing work to a leaking boiling water tap. In the past, Jake Lucas has also changed leaking tap parts. I have no complaints whatsoever, with no remedial work or problems afterwards. I am a management committee member for a block of 25 apartments and I am happy to recommend Lucas Plumbing & Heating Limited to our residents for plumbing works they might require.
