We have used Lucas Plumbing for quite a few years now and have always been very satisfied with their work. Work completed at the amount quoted.

As usual, a simple annual service carried out thoroughly, efficiently, on time and budget. Recommended without reservation.

Lucas plumbing kept us informed about delivery and fitting and the whole job was arranged and completed in about 10 days. Scott did an excellent job, was very careful with our property and he also cleaned up after the job was finished. He also explained how the job would be carried out and how everything worked, which was very useful. We used Lucas to supply a new boiler a couple if years ago, we have a maintenance contract with them and have always had great service from them. Highly recommended!

We discovered that the pipe just above the mains stopcock had started to leak. The floor was being covered with water. Phoned Lucas Plumbing and Heating at 8.30am and Jake was with us within the hour. He soon replaced the leaking pipework, quickly, neatly and efficiently. What could have been a nasty flood was averted thanks to the quick response of this company. Another excellent job done.

Jake turned up when specified, completed the work quietly and efficiently and followed up with a report of the work done, with pictures of the parts serviced and invoice the same day. I had a boiler malfunction resulting in a loss of heating and called Lucas Plumbing to resolve it. They arrived a short time later as arranged and found and resolved it within 20 minutes. Superb service.

Having initially come out to assess the problem Lucas Plumbing fixed our shower and replaced our boiling water tap tank quickly and with no mess and very limited disruption. As ever, they were reliable, arriving when promised and worked hard to get the job done quickly. Would highly recommend.

I asked several plumbing companies to provide me with a quote for the installation of a vanity unit and the connection of the necessary plumbing. Only one replied to explain their company’s billing system for a small job, Lucas Plumbing & Heating. His workman was on time, advised me on his suggestion to install the unit in the most efficient way and worked focused from start to finish. I felt comfortable with him in the house as he was a friendly and knowledgeable jung workman. He tested and cleaned after he finished his job. I received a job report straight afterwards with the option to discuss matters immediately, if necessary. The communication and administration is very straightforward and prompt. I have used Lucas Plumbing over a period of 28 years and have always been extremely satisfied with his service.
