Had new gas boiler, hot water tank and replacement radiators fitted. All the work carried out by George and Luke was done to an excellent standard. Very friendly and hard working team. Pipe work is a work of art. Would highly recommend Lucas Plumbing.

Not an easy job to figure out why the underfloor heating was not working throughout the house but the firm's engineer took great care to follow all the wiring, check thermostats and eventually reconfigure the electrics to get heat where it was needed. I was very impressed by the thoroughness shown to get to the bottom of the issue, as well as by the very competitive price. The visit also took place at the appointed time, with no mess left behind

I found Lucas Plumbing recommended on a local Facebook group. They were easy to get hold of and quick to book in a viewing to quote for the work and discuss options. They were very professional, understood our needs and provided a timely and fair quote. They were flexible and managed to fit the job in around our timelines. The install went very smoothly, we were consulted at all stages to make informed decisions. They were polite, tidy, highly skilled and the work was completed to an excellent standard. I’ve used Lucas Plumbing on two recent occasions, after being recommended them by my usual plumbers (who were busy). They have been helpful, reliable and efficient, and also used excellent diagnostic skills to sort out the problems in our (old) property - also leaving our bathrooms clean and tidy which is always a bonus. I rang and explained the problem and was prioritised, the plumber turned up on time and fixed the leak, replaced both valves on the radiator and checked the system. The whole procedure was done very quickly with no mess. I would always recommend Lucas Plumbing as they are helpful and efficient.

Excellent service. Called Lucas after considering many plumbers. Not had good response from plumbers in the past. Refreshing to have Lucas plumbing finally fix my shower. From initial contact to every other dealing Lucas have been great. Haven’t managed to fix all of my issues (not of their making I hasten to add!!) but James was knowledgeable, neat and tidy and installed my new nest in excellent time. We still can’t work out why my heating won’t do what it’s supposed to but that’s an ongoing issue which I’ve asked them to come back and try to resolve and I have absolutely no doubt James will get to the bottom of it. Rebecca is a pleasure to deal with, quick to respond and polite and friendly. You really feel like they care about their customers, a rare thing these days. Very happy so far and will continue to use them going forwards.

Our hot water cylinder started leaking on the Monday and Lucas Plumbing came round the same day to drain the system and stop water leaking everywhere. The cylinder was 30 years old and needed replacing. We received a competitive quote the same day and the work was all done on Friday of the same week. A neat job and plenty of hot water now!

The engineer arrived within the allocated time slot. They were presentable, knowledgeable and helpful as they took the time to explain what the problem that they were able to fix. We were satisfied with the whole process from the original enquiry and explanation of the services and costs involved to the promptness of the engineer and rectifying the underfloor heating problem. If we have any future underfloor heating problems, we will use them again.

Lucas plumbing carried out a large amount of work on our project including gas install, heating, general plumbing and bathroom installations, and smart heating control design and install.
