The engineer arrived on time. The work was carried out in a professional manner. The engineer was very friendly and was happy to discuss the work and potential issues.

I rang and explained the problem and was prioritised, the plumber turned up on time and fixed the leak, replaced both valves on the radiator and checked the system. The whole procedure was done very quickly with no mess. I would always recommend Lucas Plumbing as they are helpful and efficient.

Booked Lucas Plumbing & Heating to descale our megaflow tank and to fit an Aquabion (water conditioner). Very pleased already with the Aquabion and can see a difference with less limescale. From initial contact to every other dealing Lucas have been great. Haven’t managed to fix all of my issues (not of their making I hasten to add!!) but James was knowledgeable, neat and tidy and installed my new nest in excellent time. We still can’t work out why my heating won’t do what it’s supposed to but that’s an ongoing issue which I’ve asked them to come back and try to resolve and I have absolutely no doubt James will get to the bottom of it. Our hot water cylinder started leaking on the Monday and Lucas Plumbing came round the same day to drain the system and stop water leaking everywhere. The cylinder was 30 years old and needed replacing. We received a competitive quote the same day and the work was all done on Friday of the same week. A neat job and plenty of hot water now!

He arrived within the timescales quoted and undertook a full service of the boiler with all the relevant checks and explained what he had done. This company fitted a new combination boiler for me and the service was carried out in a professional way, on time and to the quoted budget. I have used them for several years for various plumbing jobs and cannot recommend them highly enough.

The engineer arrived within the allocated time slot. They were presentable, knowledgeable and helpful as they took the time to explain what the problem that they were able to fix. We were satisfied with the whole process from the original enquiry and explanation of the services and costs involved to the promptness of the engineer and rectifying the underfloor heating problem. If we have any future underfloor heating problems, we will use them again.

Lucas plumbing carried out a large amount of work on our project including gas install, heating, general plumbing and bathroom installations, and smart heating control design and install. My former plumber retired, I contacted Lucas Plumbing having consulted Which Trusted Traders. I had a mixer tap on the kitchen sink which was just over 40 years old and clearly on its last legs. Lucas Plumbing sent a very reliable chap, who assessed the problem and returned a few days later to replace the tap with a new one. Subsequently I managed to block the sink : they appeared, fixed it, and left the sink immaculately clean, far cleaner than I have ever seen it. Apart from their efficient services in practical terms, Lucas Plumbing have another great advantage in that they have an Office Manager who deals with all incoming calls, so that you are not reduced to ringing someone's mobile whilst they are working on other jobs.

Did have to wait a while but it was worth it. Job carried out quickly and efficiently. Everything was well explained.

We suffered a leak in a pipe joint on 23 Nov, called Lucas Plumbing and they had someone with us at 8.00am the following morning. The leak was stopped and the pipe repaired very quickly and efficiently. Excellent service.

As per usual very good and efficient servicing of the boiler carried out on the day agreed. Boiler was only installed earlier this year by Lucas and service carried out in accordance with warranty/guarantee, nevertheless as usual all round excellent work from installation to service.

Provided central heating to my new build plus kitchen and bathroom plumbing. All done at short notice and complete within 10 days. Very polite guys, very tidy.

Lucas Plumbing were called out because we had issues with our combi boiler. The Engineer (Brian) arrived at the agreed time, he quickly appreciated the cause of the problem and was able to fix it. Before leaving he gave us a few tips as to how we should use the boiler which was very useful. The call-out cost was reasonable and I have no hesitation in recommending Lucas Plumbing & Heating.
