LW Gas installed our boiler years ago, have serviced it regularly keeping it in great working order. This year we were worried there might be a fault with the pressure and they came out at short notice on a saturday, serviced it thoroughly, re-assured us, and checked out the gas fire they installed last year. Friendly company with great customer care.

LW Gas are a reliable and trustworthy business. Have used them since moving to my current address back in 06. They have installed 2 boilers in this time. Their engineers have worked with the business for a number of years and are very personable. The communication is second to none, they are in touch right up to the day to let you know if there's going to be any issues with the engineer's timings. The engineer turned up on time, promptly completing the service. Took the payment on the handheld machine, then off to his next job. Would thoroughly recommend for a service or installation work.

A brilliant service again provided by L W GAS. Booked my annual service on line very easy to do and price agreed, emails about the booking and the engineers name who would be attending on the day booked and the time. Ken the engineer who has attended to do the boiler service for many years from L W gas is always on time, very polite , clean and very helpful on all visits. On this occasion our Gas pressure at the meter was down, ken phoned the gas network team and they responded to his call within 30 mins. Excellent service from LW GAS and would highly recommend them a very happy customer.

I had a crisis - a gas leak! Phoned for help early morning and had a call back within minutes, before they even opened, giving me the emergency gas network number. SGN came round quickly and disconnected the gas, and LW arrived later to review and confirm that, yes, my pipework was old and needed replacing. They quoted for the work and managed to fit me in the following week, as I had no gas and no hot water throughout. Super team, friendly and really helpful. Would definitely recommend :-)

Oil boiler service was completed on time with a full report. Found a small fault and corrected it. We had a Hive boiler control smart system fitted which works really well controlled by my smartphone and on the new units. Gives much better control over our heating and hot water. LW Gas have been servicing my boiler for a number of years . Always on time , always courteous, and polite . Nothing is too much trouble. I have also made enquiries on Heat pumps as an alternative to my boiler which is coming up to 18 years old. If you want a trustworthy team, I would not hesitate to recommend them. This is the fifteenth boiler service and as always a pleasant friendly engineer, was on time and did a professional clean and tidy job. L W Gas also installed the boiler, which had to be relocated due to changes in regulations. This was quite a task as the boiler moved up a floor and to the other end of the property. The engineers worked really hard and did a great job, especially in clearing up. It was completed within the competitively priced estimate. A good company to do business with, great engineers and good value for money. Would always recommend them.
