I contacted Lyons Property Services after discovering a fault on my boiler. From the first time I contacted them I was treated in such a professional manner and nothing was too much of a problem they talked me through all the different options available to me. I chose which boiler I wanted and was given an installation date. The installation was carried out to a very high standard and I am thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend Lyons Property Services.

Great service good price, arrived early with good communication. Very professional and pleasant and helpful in putting the central heating and timer control up and running again. I will be using this company for all future work.

We are renovating an old building which proved to be much more complicated than first anticipated. Stuart fitted a new central heating system, which also involved moving the boiler, and various radiators. Stuart had to complete the work in stages over the year as the renovation progressed. Stuart and his team were very patient and flexible to fit in with our timescales which kept changing as we found more work that needed to be done. I would definitely recommend Stuart.

Fitted a brand new gas boiler for our three-bedroom townhouse. Arranged a site survey and produced a free quote with no fuss. Great communication and willing to be flexible with fitting dates which we really appreciated. On the day of fitting the lads arrived on time and completed the work to a very high standard. Kept the work area clean and tidy and were friendly and polite throughout. Handover completed thoroughly with system operation and all paperwork fully explained. Full invoice provided with payment options. Even managed to get a radiator working that had been causing us problems for some time at no extra cost. Overall a really professional service and I will definitely be using again in the future for the servicing requirements of my new boiler or if the need should arise for any further property services. Not many gas engineers are willing or able to fix old back boilers, but they had me back up and running in less than an hour at less than an hour for minimal cost. Honest and professional

I needed a new boiler pretty quickly and Lyons were able to fit me in. The boiler was also moved from upstairs to a garage so was a big job. This is the second boiler Lyons have installed for me - a different house! I didn't hesitate to get them to do it. I knew they would do a thorough, safe job and for a fair price. What more do you need?! Will also use them for annual servicing, as I did in the previous house. They take away the old boiler and any packaging from the new one. Very friendly and will answer any questions or concerns, advising sensibly.

Our boiler died. Stuart came out within 24hrs. After diagnosis, we agreed it was beyond repair. He talked us through a number of options, offer advice but never tried to point us in one direction. Having agreed on which boiler to have and price, his "Team" arrived Friday at 8 am and got straight to it. Under the floor, fed the lengths of the copper pipe, etc. They worked really well together, explained exactly what they were doing, and kept the disruption in the house to a minimum. Really good guys, very professional. Yesterday they arrived at 8 am and got straight to it again. So impressed with the whole episode. Professional workers who take great pride in their work and always keep you informed. Can't recommend them highly enough. Really pleased and would definitely use again.

Contacted Lyons property services, when we needed a new boiler. We had a previous job done, so we knew they did a good job. Got in touch with them on a Monday and had the job done on Thursday. The lads who did the job were very pleasant, and professional, easy to talk to, and answered any questions we had. Very clean workers had nothing to do when they left. Would highly recommend this firm to anyone.

Needed a gas inspection report for a property purchase. This was managed to be slotted in between existing work for a really good turn around at a very reasonable rate. Well communicated with phone call immediately after visit and pdf report highlighting what needs repair. Given cost estimate for both repair and replacement. Overall very good customer service and professional manner.

I got in touch about removing an old radiator from an upstairs bedroom and relocating it. Stu came out to the property, provided a quote and undertook the work very quickly and efficiently. We needed a new boiler installed after our old one was suffering from a water leak due to corrosion. They recommended an intergas and installed it very quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the new boiler, the radiators on the top floor are now heating up properly! Stewart was very friendly and had great advice. Would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs work done on their boiler.

We had an emergency at a property we are selling on behalf of a relative. When we phoned, Stewart came round to review the issue within a half hour and managed to work his schedule to get a combi boiler conversion completed within days. The care and attention to detail, the care taken to keep the property clean and tidy, and the care taken in explaining the work and the costs was second to none. We desperately needed a new boiler and was highly recommended to call LPS by my nana who has been using Stuart for many years. We are so glad we did as the service he provides is second to none. Stuart visited our home to see the work that needed to be done and after speaking with him it was easy to see that he was completely transparent and very genuine, he gave us a very competitive price to supply and install a brand new boiler that came with a 10 year warranty. The following week the install was completed in just 1 day while both myself and my partner were at work. When we returned home that evening Stuart had waited behind to show us the work that had been carried out and explain everything regarding the new boiler and how to operate both that and the nifty new portable control which my partner loves.
