Don’t go to others go to M Crawley Plumbing and Heating they are the best forget the rest. After initially contacting a few different plumbers and being let down I was recommended to call M Crawley Plumbing and Heating LTD. After calling them they attended my property very promptly and immediately got to work on my boiler. The issue was diagnosed as a Diverter valve and sensor fault. With no hesitation Mick was straight on the phone to source parts for collection next day. The following morning he text and advised he would be back with the parts and to fit and replace, true to his word he attended, dismantled my boiler installed the replacement parts put all back together and tested vigorously until he was happy the job was done. I can’t thank Mick and his son enough for the excellent speed and quality of the service they provided us, I recommend anyone with a Plumbing issue to contact them as first point of call.

We first come across Mik and Jordan when our old 60’s back boiler was playing up. We had a few plumbers come and look it but it never really worked the same after. Mik came and fixed another plumbers mess and managed to get our boiler going again. We decided to have this replaced in time for the winter and was really happy with the removal of our old boiler and relocation of the new combi boiler into the loft. They were very clean and super friendly. We really recommend this company.

The service and professionalism were exceptional, they completed the work within the specified time and bang on budget, we are very happy with the work and service would recommend using them without a doubt.

I was extremely happy with the whole service from start to finish. Mik responded to my enquiry quickly and came to survey the work. Our old boiler had broken and needed replacing and moving upstairs into the loft. Mik gave us advice which led to us not making a mistake with the type of boiler that we choose due to our property having poor water pressure. After providing us with a quote we scheduled a date for the work to start. Mik and Jordan started early and worked extremely hard for two days. I was very impressed with how clearly everything was explained to me and how helpful Mik and Jordan were - especially making sure that everything was left spotless and that the dog was kept in the house. The work was completed on time and on budget and the workmanship is excellent. Thank you very much for your help! I would definitely use your services again and recommend you to family and friends.

I’ve used Michael maybe five times in 10 years - always there for us. This time our gas central heating failed. It’s an old design. Michael came within the hour and quickly showed that the fan unit had seized up. Attempts to free it didn’t work out and so it had to be changed. I also asked Michael to change the old programmer as it was unreliable and kept defaulting to wrong times. Michael was gone just 20 minutes and returned with replacements for both the fan and the programmer. Another 20 minutes and the jobs were complete. We were very relieved as it was really cold outside and also very relieved as the cost of the work was not excessive in our view. I have checked the retail buying prices for the two items and am content with excellent and fast service - with a smile!!

Though Michael fitted our boiler he did not when giving price advise us that as our system was micro bore this could cause a lot of problems which means we have radiators that are not now working and I have over the last few weeks have had to bleed radiator but his answer is that all because of aged system. So suggest if you have microbore or old system don't use this company.

We at M Crawley Plumbing & Heating Ltd are sorry that you are still experiencing problems. We always try our best to remedy any issues that our customers have after we have completed any work. We have returned 3 times to deal with random issues and installed a new Drayton Programmer free of charge to make the system easier for you to manage. We have left your property 3 times with the heating working well and to your satisfaction. Unfortunately it doesn't last on some radiators. We have advised you verbally and by email on what we would recommend needs to be done. We have never had any isssues with microbore pipe until now and that is why we never warned you of any risks. That will change from now on. We have fitted you a decent Worcester Boiler and Filter with a 10 year guarantee. We have also Powerflushed the system using decent Adey Chemicals to the best of our ability. Unfortunately an 8mm microbore system of 40 years will need upgrading at some point and i think it may be soon. Please feel free to contact us regarding any other issues you may have with the boiler installation!

We wanted a new boiler fitted and the existing radiators checked/flushed. Michael talked us through our options, pros and cons, and answered all our questions. A detailed quote was sent through beforehand and agreed. Michael and Jordan arrived on time. Both worked efficiently, clean and tidy (removing their shoes even though it wasn’t necessary). No fuss. Both very friendly. Can’t fault them at all. Dog friendly too. We would highly recommend M Crawley Heating & Plumbing.

Arrived on time, kept me informed of timings. Had a new boiler fitted at reasonable cost. Very professional (took shoes off and cleaned up all mess). Also changed bath plug and installed a new tap outside. Would highly recommend to anyone needing plumbing / gas engineer.

Mick has carried out a number of jobs for us in the last two years from replacing a shower unit, to identifying the source and fixing a serious leak. M. Crawley was very professional and very tidy. I am very pleased with the work he carried out of switching out a standard system to a combi boiler. I expressed that I would like to use the emersion cupboard for storage after the tank was removed. The pipe work was like a piece of art! Very close to the wall and he even moved some radiator pipes over the top of the doorway to creature more room in the cupboard. He also installed a heated radiator towel rail in the bathroom I had bought. Would highly recommend to everyone. Very punctual and great communication throughout.

I had a whole new boiler system fitted as well as lots of little as and when jobs as my house seems to always have things wrong! Michael Crawley is prompt, knowledgeable and is a very clean and tidy worker. I would definitely recommend him. Nothing is too much for Michael.

Spoke to Michael about problems with our old radiators and boiler service just before lockdown. Due to the restrictions we were wary of having someone in the house to complete the work but Michael put us at ease. We chose a day that most of us were outside the home and we were happy to leave Michael alone to complete the work. Very friendly and professional service, nothing for us to clear up after job, very happy with the new radiators. Have already recommended this company to our family and friends and would definitely use again.

My old boiler broke and Mick came on short notice to replace it with new one. He was friendly and personable and I was very comfortable with him in my home. He talked me through the work he had completed step-by-step, explaining things in really simple way so a layman like me can understand!
