Matt came out to fix a downstairs toilet where the seal to cut off the water filling the cistern was not working and the toilet was continuing to leak water. He identified the problem straight away and had brought out the correct kit to fix it. He did a great job. I have used Matt before and have always been very happy with the work he has done.

I had a brand new boiler fitted and was extremely impressed. Matt was professional, tidy and very quick at getting the job complete. He turned up when he said he would and I haven't had any problems with my boiler since. I then asked Matt to fit a brand new bathroom for me 6 months later and yet again I have been incredibly impressed with the service and result. I would recommend him to everyone.

Annual service to two boilers in our home which they have done for the last three years. As always, they have very high standard of workmanship and professionalism. Will continue to use their service.

Gas Boiler replacement and overhaul of all heating system and subsequently the Annual Service. All of which was reasonably priced when compared to the market. Also came as an emergency response which turned out not to be related to plumbing but gave advice and support for who we did need to contact. I had my boiler replaced. Matt was friendly, reliable and helpful in recommending replacement options and fit me in to get the job done quickly to a very high and professional standard. There were a few setbacks which meant the job took a bit longer in the end but Matt took all the time it needed and even honoured his original quote. Excellent service.

The work described on the supplied invoice was a routine gas boiler service. However, the trader has done a whole range of work for both me and my late sister and we trust him implicitly. The work has ranged from installation of a complete heating system, installation of a replacement gas boiler, as well as dealing with serious emergency water leakage situations from a completely corroded radiator in one case and a corroded gas boiler supply filter in another case. Also, when we came back from a holiday and found water pouring out of our cold water stage overflow pipe. The trader is always the first one we call on for assistance in emergency situations as described, because he comes to our rescue in minutes. He is also always the first one we approach for general servicing of equipment and for the installation of new, replacement or improvements to our heating and water systems. He is a brilliant engineer/plumber and he has never let us down.
