Had this company round to quote after being irritated with the hard sell an inflated prices of the National companies. There was no fuss and they came round promptly. Was impressed that they told me that some windows didn’t need replacement which made me feel they were trustworthy. The quote was very good so accepted and the work was done today. Everything looks great and am pleased with the quality. The fitters were all lovely. Very polite and respectful of my home. They cleaned and tidied after themselves and took all rubbish away. Very impressed and would recommend.

Excellent service all the way through. From the beginning so helpful with no pushy salesmen. The fitters Dave and Steve (who were going to do the installation) measured up. Next day quote emailed across with exact dimensions. Agreed to proceed and was given an installation date which was honoured. The two lads were friendly and worked well arriving on time and the windows installed 3 of which were upstairs and 3 of the 4, 3 metres wide. Once installation complete completely tidied and cleared up. Couldn’t recommend these fitters more and the windows are quality and look great. Completely satisfied and can highly recommend.

From start to finish we have had no issues with the installer who have been very informative and helpful and would recommend to anyone. The work was completed on time too in these very trying times at the moment. Brilliant work would use them again.

My wife and I are delighted with our double glazing installation and we are so glad we took the extra time to seek out M&M Windows. A truly professional website that informed us in no uncertain terms why we should choose them. A no-nonsense quotation was given - it was left with us for consideration, under no pressure whatsoever. Upon accepting the quote a clear date for the installation was agreed. This was arranged by the very polite, friendly and helpful staff - her telephone manner was delightful. In fact, each time I rang for assistance and guidance, every member of staff I spoke to were just the same. The email correspondence was of the highest quality and everything was explained in a very clear and uncluttered way. The day of the removal of our old double glazing and installation of the new, they arrived - exactly at the time we were told he would. It wasn't a particularly nice day and they ensured everywhere he went inside the house was cover protected. He worked extremely hard, was friendly, courteous and had a good sense of humour, too! Nothing was too much trouble and the quality of his finishing is top-notch. They are a credit to himself and to M&M Windows, who should be very proud of the way he went about his wonderful installation and we thoroughly recommend that when you are ready to install new double glazing, then make sure you contact M&M Windows. The finished job is wonderful.

Martin was the one who handled my job from start to finish. Came out to do a quote on agreed date and time. Very polite and friendly. Told me estimated time before work starts. As soon as I accepted quote date was set. Agreed date was kept and the work was done in 3 days as promised. Only glitch was that front door was not ready. No fault of theirs though, just a slight issue with suppliers. They kept me updated and the door has now been completed. Excellent service throughout, came home each day to find all mess had been cleared and taken away. Very good quality of work and products. Seven windows, 3 doors including reconstruction of back porch. Would highly recommend.

From the initial survey to the day of fitting M&M Windows made me feel at ease and answered any of my questions with honesty. They arrived on site prompt at 8.30 and the French Doors were fitted and all tidied up by lunchtime.

Form ordering to fitting the service offered by M&M Windows was excellent. It’s a family firm, we were given a quote but we were not put under any pressure at all to buy. The job was completed on time and in a friendly but professional manner on a date that fitted in with our time scale. The French Doors look lovely.

M&M windows have (quite literally) transformed our home! So helpful from start to finish (Office team/fitters) Whilst uncertain which style frames/doors we wanted they used their experience & patiently helped us choose the right ones for us. Started the work promptly as arranged & worked SO hard from beginning to end. Had all new windows fantastic job by Paul and Ken. Cleaned up every day before leaving and took old windows away with them . We had previously used M&M some time ago for a small bathroom window replacement and decided to ask them to quote for the replacement French Doors and Front Door, both with two side windows. They arrived on time on the first day and completed the French Doors but they could not return to install the front door due to the COVID19 restrictions. They returned when these were lifted and completed the job. During the intervening delay we offered to pay up to half of the total cost as they had done half the work. They refused this saying that they would not take any more money until the job was complete. The fitters were excellent, polite and tidy. The office staff were helpful when it came to choosing the product and the quality is superb. We have already recommended them to several neighbours who have commented on the front door and side windows. Thank you M&M for a fine job.

Used this company as it was a Which Trusted Trader and it was the right decision. A prompt assessment of the work and quote. They were able to accommodate a change in installation date that suited me. Turned up early, completed the job without delay and left a lovely finished window in their wake. I am very happy with the finish which is of a high standard. I would definitely recommend this company.

Communication with this company was excellent. The work was done to a high standard by a polite and courteous team. A bit of debris was inadvertently left behind and the company wasted no time in rectifying this. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will be back for another quote when I've saved up again!
