Due to a leak in the old bathroom which meant time consuming repairs before we would have new facilities we chose to have a week away and we were kept informed of progress, a mix up between ourselves and the supplier with the new tiles was thankfully spotted by Mark and rectified and he even arranged a repair on our boiler which coincidentally occured while we were away. This is a totally reliable company that is punctual, professional and go the extra mile when necessary. The only change we would make is to involve them at the design and planning stage to avoid any unforeseen issues, highly recommended.

From the initial quotation they responded efficiently to all my questions via both phone and email, Mark was able give practical advice and share his knowledge and experience.
